Below here is a remedy for those who suffer from the problem of premature graying of hair. This herbal remedy will not only stop growing of grey strands but also will turn grey hair into black as well. If you are below 40 then black hair will start growing again but this remedy won’t help people who are above 40.
Remedy
Wash your hair properly so that no oil or dust remains in your hair and dry your hair before using the paste.
Preparation-Take half liter water and put it in (lohe ki kadhaai-it’s a black vessel found easily in India ),add 100 grams amla powder into it. Make this mixture of water and amla in kadhai and keep it over night. In morning boil the mixture in the kadhaai itself till the mixture turns black in color. Add 25gram mehandi(Henna powder)in it ,1 tsp coffee powder and 1 cup white vinegar or lemon juice into it. Remove the mixture from the pan and stir it continuously with a spoon till the mixture turns into a thick paste.
Apply this paste on your hair for 2-3 hours and wash it off with cold water. Use this paste twice in a week. Within two three month your hair will turn black ,healthy and long.

Hi Priyanka..sorry for the late reply..I think i missed your comment..please don oil your hair before applying heena ..you should oil after applying it and yes you can wash your hair with cold water and shampoo them too..@ Anonymous – worked for me and some of my friends…u can give it a try if u like

hi anamika,very nice tips given by u. just a bit confused about the above preparation wherein you have mentioned add on cup on lemon juice…is it one cup or 1tsp??also how long do we keep the mixture on gas after adding henna, coffee and vinegar??Also any specific mehendi that we have to add??guess lots of questions..pls clarify.thanks in advance.will wait for your reply.

reduce the amount of coffee if u don’t like the colour which the pack gives u .
do u not thnk this is too long to be used for 1yr that also for 2 days in a week it is very defficult
the problem is this that i have to depend on other for applying the paste. one thing more i just not able to khown the acurate quantity of amla and heena i am taking it just by guess
according to u i have to use for atleast 1 yr but then it will be sufficient
u can do it once in 15 days but keep doing it .

Before this treatment i was applying mehendi on my hair in beauty parlour and my grey hair was burgundi in colur. But my hair growth is quick so i could not run every time to parlour so just stopped and it was my luck that i got your site.So i was trying this treatment said by you but i cant see any colur. So I am thinking is anything is missing in my recipe, but i am doing exactly what you said. And yes my age is 27 so i think it should work.But i dont know wats the problem.should i change mehendi.I am using Nupur Mehendi.Can you please suggenst something. Pramila..the colour of mehndi is supposed to show the moment after you apply it that is right after your first application..i don know which ingredients is stopping the colour..i thin u should change some of the ingredient and then try it again.

hi anamika i have read ur amla mixture paste and i am using it since 4 month but in my mind many ques.is rising (1) if the amount of amla increases more than 100g does it harm the hair means does it can also help to grow more grey hair as i have read that rughness is also a cause for grey hair and amla makes hair rough and dry.(2)does henna and lime juice also has to boil with amla at last if yes how long. (3)does afer the mixture is prepaid it should be replaced in other vessel aur we can leave it in the same lohe ki karhaye .(4)i use this mixture twice in a week does i can use this way only for year
i aways make the mixture and after removing from the flame i add henna ,coffee powder and lime and after the mixture is cooled i apply on the hair.i have got colour on my hair but not exactly much just light orange type in the root tip and much darker on the earlier applied area.

hey anamika i used to oil my hair once in a week with almind oil but due to rainy season or what when ever i am oiling the hair hair falls increases too much and then i have to stop oiling my hair but i am using this amla and henna paste for my hair twice in a week and i am afaired does this will harm my hair plz let me know
use curd and egg in yur hair ..that will keep your hair soft and prevent hair fall .

yes! Mehandi makes hair dry.u will need regular deep conditioning after using it.
