Left over bread-6-7 pieces or more
2 medium sized tomato chopped
1 medium sized onion chopped
2 boiled potatoes chopped
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 green chilli chopped
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 pinch garam masala
salt to taste
lemon juice 1 teaspoon
oil 1 tablespoon
2.Add chopped onion and green chillies and saute it for 3 minutes.
3.Add chopped tomatoes and add all the masalas into it.
4.Saute it till the masala leave some oil.
5.Add cubed boiled potatoes into it.
6.Cut bread into pieces or size of your choice.If bread is quite dry then you can sprinkle some water over it.
7.Mix the bread into the masala and saute it for 2 minutes.Add lemon juice and mix it well.
Serve it with lehar bhujiya if you like the taste.
