Herbal homemade face packs for wrinkle free skin and tips to avoid wrinkles

It will be quite disheartening for you if you notice wrinkles for the first time on your face. If you are in one of those who have always taken care of their beauty then wrinkles will be the last thing which you would like to see.

First let us know how wrinkles are created:-

As one ages the epidermal layer (outermost layer) get thin and loses it “stickiness”. This makes skin drier and it starts to sag which results in wrinkles. Every 10 years one loses about 10 percent of epidermal thickness.

To get rid of wrinkles following herbal facial hair packs can be used:-

1. Take 1tbsp. of curd and add pinch of turmeric into it. Apply it on your face for 10 minutes and rinse it off with cold water .This packs helps in removing blemishes and wrinkles.
2. Take lentil or Masoor daal (Lens culinary) paste and apply it on your face. When little dried gently rinse it off with water. This face pack tightens face pores and helps in removing blemishes and wrinkles.
3. Mix milk cream and lime juice and apply on face for at least 30 days. This pack is quite beneficial for those who have dry skin as their skin is more prone to wrinkles.
 4. Take 4tsp of reddish juice and add 1tsp of butter in it. Beat the mixture for few minutes and apply it on your face. Rinse it off with water after half an hour. This helps in reducing blemishes and add glow to the face.
5. Add 1tsp of lemon juice in olive oil and massage your face with it. This helps in removing wrinkles and makes skin soft.

6. Take 1tsp of castor oil (aarand ka tel) and add 5 drops of honey in it. Beat the mixture nicely and massage your face with it. Massaging this oil twice a week keep wrinkles away for long time.

7. Boil one apple in water, remove it seeds when cool and mash it up. Add 1tsp of honey and milk cream (milai) in it. Apply this pack on your face for 15 minutes and rinse it off with water. Use this face pack daily on your face to avoid wrinkles. Apple is rich in vitamins which fights wrinkles for long.
8. Take a vitamin C tablet and dissolve it in boiling water. When mixture get cool add small amount of your favorite eye cream and apply it under your eye area and areas where you notice wrinkles.

Few tips to avoid wrinkles

1. Start looking after your skin from a young age instead of taking care of it once you start noticing         wrinkles.

2. If your work demands you to be under the sun most of the time and then use high factor sublock.
3. Always moisturize your face before going to bed.
4. Apply face mask which are rich in minerals as they act as food for your skin.

Tips for those who are already facing wrinkle problem.

1. Clean, tone and moisturize your skin twice a day.
2. Apply sun block if you intend being outdoors.
3. Always moisturize your skin before going to the bed.
4. Use above herbal facial mask once or twice a week.

    Yes please wash the face after massaging it.Apply a good moisturizer.You can mix lemon juice,glycerin and rose essence(gulab jal) and apply it before going to bed.You will see the difference with in a week.Smile
