I made this cake years back when I was introduced first time to microwave cooking. It is so easy to make this cake that even a child can make it ,provided he or she knows how to read this recipe and have microwave at home. Best part is that it is egg less and ingredients required in it are quite easily available in all over India.
Also ,it doesn’t have all-purpose wheat flour(maida) in it which is really bad and fattening for health.
So try this cake and show it to others that though a beginner but you have immense cooking unexplored talent in you.
3 cup wheat flour (gehu ka aata, you can use maida(all purpose wheat flour if you want)
2 tsp. Bournivta powder
2tsp chocolate powder
2tsp unsalted butter
2tbsp milk powder
1tsp Khaane ka soda/meetha soda/baking soda
1tsp baking powder
2tbsp Amul milk cream (You can use any milk cream in fact you can add milai instead)
Chopped nuts for garnishing (almonds, cashews, pistachio)
1.Take a bowl and add wheat flour, sugar, bournvita powder, chocolate powder, butter, milk powder, khaane ka soda, baking powder and amul cream in it.
2.Now beat the mixture for 15-20 minutes until all the ingredients get dissolved .
3.Now pour the mixture in a baking tin. Sprinkle chopped nuts.
4. Microwave it for 10-12 minutes. To check whether the cake is done insert a clean toothpick into the middle of the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is done. If the toothpick comes out with crumbs, or clearly shows wet cake batter, the cake is not finished cooking
5. When done let it get cool.
6 Cut the cake into pieces and serve it with ice-cream .Heavenly isn’t?
