My mom in law was never fond of paneer bhurji until I made for her this way.Now she waits for it when ever she visit our place.This recipe is easy and best part is that its instant.
250 gms Paneer (To learn hot to make paneer from milk click here)
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
2 medium chopped tomatoes
2 Green Chillies
1 Small chopped onion
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp Salt
Step 1: Chop the onions, tomatoes and chillies and keep it aside.
Step2: Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds, chopped onion and saute them .
Step3: Add the chillies and tomatoes and fry till they are soft and leave oil.
Step4 Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and little water so that all
the masalas are well combined.
Step5 Add paneer and fry for 5 minutes till the paneer blends into the masala.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
