hi i am a new reader n m really impressed with the quality of content on the posts..congrats to all the contributors..i hav a concern regarding my hair fall..my wedding is scheduled for nov 2010 n my hair are falling and the volume has reduced to hal in the past 6 mths.. please suggest a remedy to cure that and grow my hair longer

You still have time to atleast stop the hair fall if not make them thick till Nov..Start taking calcium sandoz and folider medicine..Take 2 calium sandoz every day and 1 foliderm in the morning and at night..Please consult a doctor before taking them..Also apply aloevera juice every day on your hair and massage your hair with it..This will help in regrowing you hair and stopping hair fall.If possible apply onion juice this helps in curing hair fall and bring back the lost hair.It will also solve out dandruff problem.Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water and oil your hair with olive oil twice a week..You can visit the bridal section and start with yoiur hair bridal regime.Loads of good wishes for your marriage and may you look your best on your marriage day

Hi anamika…Very very useful tips n kp `em comin!!I have a small skin query here..I have had dry skin but a pimple-free face all thz yrs.Recently bcoz of acidity I found few pimples on my skin which were quickly healed as i used aloe vera.But unfortunetly they have left dark spots on my face..Plz help!!

hhhah don ask me that all few pointers which i do follow are
1. eat 3-4 hours before you go to bed
2. drink lot of water
3.one hour of brisk walking..
4.fruits and lots vegetables

hey anamika i just wanted to tell u that i am using amla- heena paste ( prepaid in the lohe ki kadhai one) twice in a week for 7 months and then i am using it once in a week and know i am noticing that some hair is black in tip and half is heena+coffee powder colour and in the root it is white .i am really confused that it is making white hair black on the top and white in the root tip or it is making my black hair only white . i couldn’t able to understand dear what to do or what not to doo . i had a great hope with this ……………………but i am not able to understand it is curing or effecting my black hair also…………….plzzzzzzzzzz help me dear

hey anamika i read in ur blog that in heena if sikakai is added it gives black color. i wanted to know what is the exact quantity that is added to heena to get black texture in color
Hey . I am 26 yrs old male and i have noticed that i am having hair fall , gradually loosing hair especially in the crown area & the scalp is being visible . I always tend to keep my hair short & use head & shoulder’s shampoo .Do i need to change that shampoo? I went to a dermatologist and he prescribed FOLIDERM . I just started taking it . Do you think it will grow back by consuming just FOLIDERM ? Do i need to use any kind of oil like parachute hair oil ? What do you recommend? I also take CENTRUM vitamin tablets for all necessary minerals & iron .Please help Anamika

HiJohn,, i took foliderm and vitamin e tablets and it did helped me in hair fall..but i dont think so that it will help much to the area where the scalp is visible.

mm i think u should stick to the derma medicine and with keep hot oil treatment ..use coconut oil with curry leaves etc.
