After trying my hand in vegetable maggi this time I tried egg maggi which turned out fantastic.Eggs makes it quite spicy and ful filling and best part is you just need eggs and some green chillies beside the maggi pack to make it.
Here goes the recipe
salt to taste
pinch of black pepper
2tsp of cooking oil
1 Pack maggi
2 cups of water for maggi
2 chopped green chillies
chopped tomato and onion(optional)
Method and preparation
Step1-Break 2 eggs in the bowl and add salt and pepper in it.Beat the eggs nicely for 4-5 minutes .
Step2-Take a cooking pan and add 2tsp of oil in it.Let the pan heat up a bit.
Step3-Pour the egg mixture in the pan and stirr the eggs.Make a bhurji out of the eggs.
Step4-Keep the bhurji aside .
Step5:In another pan take 2 cups of water and add noodles in it.
Step6-Add chopped green chillies and maggi masala in the pan and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.Stir continuously until whole water evaporates.
Step7-In the end add egg bhruji in the maggi and mix well.
Remove from the stove and serve hot
Note -You can experiment by adding vegetables in the maggi.I added one chopped onion and tomato while beating the eggs to make it nutritious.
