A popular road side Mumbai Recipe.Recipe is simple but taste delicious because of the pav bhaji masala which is added into it.You can add any number of veggies in it.I specially like to make it when I have left over rice with me.
- Ingredients:-Serves 2

1 big cup Basmati rice(Boiled)1 small chopped capsicum1 carrot chopped1 small potato chopped1/2 cup green peas(optional)1 or 2 small tomatoes chopped1 chopped onion2 green chillies chopped1tsp garlic choppedCumin : 1 tsp.
1-2 spring onion chopped1/4th cup water1tbsp pav bhaji masala(any brand masala)
1tsp kitchen king masala1/4tsp.garam masalaSalt according to taste1tbsp red chilli paste1tsp lemon juice2tbs oil
Method And Preperation – Bombay Special Rice:-
Step1-Take a heavy pan and add oil in it.You can use butter too if you want.When hot add cumin seeds ,bay leaves and finely chopped garlic and green chillies in it.
Step2-Add onion when half done.When onions are cooked add all the vegetables and cover it so that all vegetables are cooked.
Step4-You can add little water so that masala doesn’t get too dry.Add spring onion and do not mix them.
Step5–Add boil rice and gently mix it up.
Step6:You can squeeze a lemon if you want
