Like many recipes of this blog this recipe too was shared with me by my fiend Neha.It came out really nice and my guest thoroughly enjoyed it too.
Preparation and cooking 30 minutes
Oil – 1.5 tbsp
Potatoes – 4 medium
Cumin Seeds – 2tsp
Salt according to taste
Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp salt to taste
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
2tsp soya sauce
Oil to deep fry the potatoes
Preparation:-Instant and easy Jeera Aloo recipe with soya sauce:-
1.Peel the potatoes and cube them or sliced them.Fry the potatoes and take them out in a kitchen towel so that oil drains off.
2.Heat the pan on medium heat.Add oil and cumin seeds. Saute for 30 seconds or until cumin seeds turn slightly red.
3.Add potatoes and it to cook for 5 minutes.
4.Add salt and red chili powder.Mix thoroughly.
5.Add the garam masala and add soya sauce.
Garnish with chopped coriander.You can serve it with rice ,paratha or chapati.
