I always look for ways to eat as much veggies as possible. My family health and fitness is most important to me.With cooking I have relaised that eating healthy doesnt mean eating raw tasteless food.Food can be turn into such mouth watering dishes and it make you fit and healthy only.
This dish is my version of easy chilly paneer with roti or paratha.Hardle taken 15 minutes and a nutriotious breakfast is ready to eat.
Here is the recipe.

veggies such as(mushrooms, capsisum, onion, carrots, beans, frozen peas etc)
Salt to taste
1 chopped green chilli
100grams paneer(Indian cheese cut into cubes)
1tsp soya sauce
1tsp tomato sauce(If tomato sauce is not available then you can add 2tsp sugar)
1tsp chilli sauce.
Wheat flour to make paratha(you can have it with roti or with tortillas too)
1chopped onion and tomato(to be used in the end)
Method and Preparation:-
Step1– Slice all the veggies (onion, carrots, capsicum, mushrooms etc)
Step2-Heat a pan and oil in it.Add cumin seeds and wait for them to start crackling.
Step3-Add all the veggies except paneer in the pan.
Step4-Add salt and saute them for 7-8 minutes.
Step5-Add all three sauces and black pepper and paneer cubes.
Step6-Make a paratha /roti or you can use tortilla
Step7-Place the filling on the paratha and dazzle with fresh chopped onion and tomatoes.
Instant veggie paratha/roti roll is ready to be served.Pack it for your kids in their lunch box or serve your hubby in breakfast.I make chapati for myself and paratha for my underweight hubby who detest eating vegetables. He likes eating them though this way .
You can turn this into a gravy dish as well by adding 1/2 glass of water and 1/2 tsp corn flour in the end and serve it with rice. This can be your lunch meal.
With this simple dish you can easily have your breakfast and lunch without feeling monotonous.
