Since the time my grey hair got cured with herbal remedies I firmly believe in them.Its not that I only use herbal remedies or organic remedies but I always try to balance things up.If I find a good shampoo like the one which Harsha recommended then I will surely go for it.

I have been using kesh Kanti since three month now and it is almost complete so I thought of reviweing it up before I think of new shampoo purchase.
This is what the company claims-It is a natural product prepared from natural herbs. It is a good combination of natural Ayurvedic herbs that do not produce any side effects and are safe and natural. Kesh Kanti Shampoo is a complete tonic to rejuvenate your hair and make them look beautiful and shining. Kesh Kanti Shampoo is prepared from Ayurvedic herbs.
Ingredients:-Different Ayurvedic herbs that are used to prepare this product for hair loss and removing dandruff are Reetha (Sapindus tripholiatus), Amla (Emblica officinalis), Bhringraj (Eclipta alba), Henna (Lawsonia innermis), Shikakai (Acacia concinna), Neem (Azadirachta indica), Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi), Tagar (Valeriana wallichi), Bakuchi (Psoralia corylifolia), Haldi (Curcuma longa), Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia), Aloe vera, Amahaldi (Curcuma amada).
How to use-Wet your hair and apply 3-5 ml of shampoo on your hair. Massage gently all over the scalp for 2 minutes. Then wash with water. You will see a different look of your hair. Your hair will become soft and shining.

My experience with the product
1. After using this product need of a conditioner reduces down because it makes my hair feel quiet smooth and soft.
2.Product has orange flavor smell and I love oranges therefore quiet enjoyed applying it on my hair.
3.It does give some glow to your hair but wont sparkle them as one may feel after going through the ingredients.
4.As they have mentioned that it prevents hair fall on the bottle.It might be true but I am not sure about it.In fact I think if you are having hair fall and you are only relying on this product then it wont be of much help.Neither they have claimed this but this is what I generally expect from ayurvedic or organic products.
5.It thoroughly cleanse my hair.I generally wash my hair twice but with this even one time wash was enough for me.
6.Ohh the price of the product is fantastic.
Cons:-All in all its an Ok product for me.I don’t mind buying it again.I neither have rough hair and nor dry so I was pretty ok with it.Dry hair …go baby go try it out!!!
Worth a buy-Yes , I will like to buy it again.It is much better to use this then applying lot of chemical on hair which do not give effective result too.
Recommend it to others-All those who have dry and rough hair can give it a try.It might work for you.It might not suit those who have real oily hair.

but try near yur house also..patanjali centers are mushrooming like anything and in a place like mumbai they will surely be available at many places.
I have used it for almost a year and it surely helped in my hair fall a bit initially but later hair fall started again. n i always have to use conditioner with this shampoo.
may be bcos my hair r too dry

Ankita u can apply bananan and egg hair pack which has been mentioned on the site..also i think no shampoo should be used for a year..we should keep changing our shampoo otherwise our hair get immune to it..
this shampoo doesnt claim to stop hair fall (atleast it is not mentioned on the package so we cant blame it) Infact uu know no shampoo can cure hair fall..

this is the first time i am using kesh kanti and i am quite satisfied with the product. my hair fall stops and it clean the scalp very well. I have short hair and i use it daily , I would like to continue it. i have tried dove and pantene but that doesn’t help me to reduce hair fall.

OMG reading these reviews and views I got to know why my hair are falling v v less its been two – three months since I have started usiing it and I bought sache initially just to try it out I have dry straight hair and v v long go below hips and my hair are falling for more then 12-15 years but ever since i started using this shampoo they have almost stopped falling but I thought may be it is the oil which I had started using and i wash my hair just once a week or once in two weeks as they are really really long and i always apply nav ratan hair oil or coconut oli with almonds keep oil for two days then wash I use half of sache for my hair as the whole sache makes my hair less soft now i dont use conditioner now n my hair shines like they used to all the shampoos with bad chemicals really ruin your hair but now I have a product which is really the best. But I am worried now what other shampoo to use as I dont want to keep using the same shampoo.
Hi I am back again to tell my friends that their new shampoo with reetha is even bettr then the kesh kanti it makes my hair soft and almost black and after my hair gets dry it a voloume too very very nice product and I have satopped buying conditioner now its been amore then 6 months since I have been using Patanjali shampoo and I m very very satisfied. Kesh Kanti 5 stars!! just purchased it yesterday and tried it. It smells awesome and doesnt say sulphate anywhere in the ingredients but…it lathers like anything.
It made my hair very soft. Its never been this soft. I was using loreal Oilliss and its ruined my hair. This kesh kanti totally turned it around. Does it have a small amount of conditioner in it? Ayurvedic ingredients make hair so soft? so much of lather???
These are my 3 questions . anyone has any answers?
I am not sure but i think they have mentioned that it has some base products which makes me doubt them.

anamika i have used this shampoo for my dry frizzy hair and the effect is too good. for starters your mind is at rest with the natural ingredients used. the hair doesn’t stay straight but it behaves it’s self . there’s no need of a conditioner. thanks to baba too for this product. actually i have started using their soaps too. helps the indian economy by buying products made in india.

I want to badly buy a shampoo free from harmful chemicals. I am currently using Loreal lissultime and i like it but i am constantly worried about the chemicals it contains.
Also I normally oil my hair with coconut oil a night before i wash it. Will this shampoo wash off the oil completely and at the same time not leave it very dry or rough? Please help.

please don’t use thia patanjali kesh kanti shampoo as i have been passed through eye accident with this shampoo while cleaning the hairs, i was struggle to open my eye and paining my eye for one and half hoursso my request to not go for this shampoo as it has worst effects on eye contact rather than healthy hair, also contact number given on bottle are not exist to complaint about the product i am firther looki for other review to help me to ban this product

@priya singh well its a completely proven tip that u can apply and reduce ur tann and get a fairer and smoth skin
u can apply half cut tomato all over ur face and let it dry and wash it with using ice cubes
2) u can gentely take cherry pulp and strawbery pulp and apply it and let it dry .with in days u will see difrence
start taking steam , avoid sun and dont use soap on face use natural fruits
Why does a herbal shampoo contain so many chemical componets in it??
Kesh Kanti also contains Sodium Laurth sulphate which is carcinogenic…..
