Benefit of aloevera juice are innumerable and I have been writing about this amazing plant since long.In my previous tutorial how to juice an aloevera gel from aloevera leaf one of the beauty blogger Sonia told me that you can great it too for equal consistency.I tried this and almost took an aloevera juice dip today

.I had to be care full while grating aloevera .This is because when I took out the aloevera pieces and washed them it became little slippery but grating it was not that difficult too.Also, one thing is that the grater or shedder should have very small holes otherwise the gel won’t be of light consistency and the gel might have small pieces left which might trouble you while applying it on your hair.

Many people use aloevera juice for thick and healthy hair.If you apply it on your scalp then it can promote hair re growth also and hair loss as well.This is because aloevera contains anti-inflammatory which helps in stopping hair loss.
Aloevera has become a big fad product today.There are aloevera shampoo, conditioner , creams etc.Infact , I read in a book that aloevera can be used to lose stress as well.
Aloevera poducts are good be it shampoo, conditioner or gel provided that they do not have much of chemical content in them.Aloevera shampoo helps in giving a nice healthy shiny head and best part is that it is available at reasonable price as well.
I hope you will involve this miracle place in your life which I guess God made keeping woman in mind

Anamika. I plan to go to the nearest nursery & get an Aloevera plant! I think this is very effective & economical!

i used to do this as a kid but i never grate my aloevera. i just squeeze it out of the leaves and put straight on my hair

Uzma in our hyderabad we have road side nurseries which give aloe vera plant for rs 25…do buy this plant and send me the pic then

Squeezing too is easy if there is less thing gel in aloevera..

Just be little carefull and i guess u wil be able to manage it and if u dont then put it in the mixer and then use it all on yoru face and hair..

Aloe vera has been longed use here in the Philippines as natural remedies even way back on my ancestors time. It also works on dandruff problems. I totally can relate to your post for I also use aloe vera.
