S.A was pretty busy and there was no one to assist also so I politely asked them if they can show me the new launches.S.A was busy setting up the new stuff just said look them here.I asked her if she can swatch them so all three of them started talking whether the company has sent them tester or not .Company didn’t sent them so they opened up the new product of each of them.
While going through the collection I was too dissapointed because there was just nothing much to see if you compare to the halla ballu which was going around.The three Kajal eyeliner ,some two or three blushes and 2-3 eye shadows that is it.Is this a launch?
What about their awesome white range which they introduced few months back.That is called a launch to watch out.Come on Body shop don you have some pretty stuff for us this autumn?
Swatches of kohl eyeliner-Doesn’t have lasting power at all but yes intensity is good and it is creamy too

The powders with those pretty leaves looked pretty, but really, I got an eyeshadow once from TBS…with that I decided I wont be buying their makeup ever again. Was overpriced (tho I got on sale) and definitely not good. You know na..I love good makeup, but when I am dishing out money, I want to be HAPPY with the product, whether I pay 5Rs or 500!
The powders were vvery tempting though…was planning on looking at them Saturday…
exactly….shelling out money is not a problem for a woman if she gets a good worth..Powder look like MAC dupe so u can give them a try..i didnt even got them swatch..I was fearing that they will hit me if I give them more trouble further…

I tried one of their blush which is not from this launch and frankly speaking I find color bar blush much better than them…and the cost is double too..

Did you try the leaf design powders?
No Rads because first of all I was fearing the SAs and then when I came from MAC .they looked like cheap dupes
..
If you have notice MAC beach collection they some what look like them only..

And at 1100….TBS is just as pricey as many of the costlier brands.
Rads TBS is pricey but in some of the thing it is worth too..for instance i have used MAC brushes and TBS brushes..TBS brushes are half in price but they are equally good…
and u r right when i came form MAC i said GOOD BYE TBS..

Quite an experience!! I dunno why but now a days, sales staff and the companies take us needy and for granted. I am not sure of others but I feel so.. I still remmebr days when these people used to fight to get the customers… I wish I could put my expressions ina right way here… but I hope you got me hun!!

Yes i waited for the Rads and i feel now sorry for myself…but the thing is the new collection which they have launches is actually not interesting at all..a kajal of 550 rs which doesnt even stay for half an hour..i don mind paying for kajal but give me some worth..
I know ..they don understand that mouth publicity is what going to make them win …i m sharing my experience here at least those who follow wise she will know it..soon there will be lot of bloggers coming up and i think this might scare them

I think these companies need to realize that there are beauty bloggers out there who aren't afraid to voice their opinion , regardless of what standing the brand has outside India….
Thanks to you (and other beauty bloggers) the truth is out there and we are not just sucked into stupid marketing strategies.!

Awww… so sorry that u had such a bad experince.. Honestly the mumbai stores arn't that great either. I like TBS skin care prdts, but I feel their makeup is way overpriced.

Hi Anamika, shocked by this bad experience at TBS. I can't believe some companies may little attention to customer service and just being nice to customers. I've gone to TBS just once and their sales staff was completely inattentive and I was royally ignored. And when I finally told an SA what I wanted he didn't even listen to what I was saying…Anyway, I'm glad you had a good time at MAC. They seem to understand the importance of good customer service
