Flower nail art never goes out of fashion because they bring instant smile and cuteness .
Don’t they ?? 
This nail art was fun and kind a cute too.Did something interesting after long.
This is how I did it.
Applied a transparent coat and then applied my colorbar blue lagoon nail paint
Then with a tooth pick I applied these dots and stretched with a sewing needle.
I had done these flower thing lot many times so I applied some more dots in blue and white.
Finished the nail art with a transparent coat again and wiped off the extra nail paint by a q-tip soaked in nail polish remover.
