Skin care - I am very scared of using chemical products on my skin and therefore I am looking for brands which are more herbal . Last month I tried Biotique Berberry lotion face cleanser.I am not really into Biotique because some of their products didn’t suit me much but I think some of you will agree to this that Biotique products can not be ignored.
Price if Biotique Berberry lotion face cleanser is Rs 135 for 120 ml
What the product claims - A gentle, non-foaming blend of herbal extracts with natural oils that deep cleanses the skin. Contains Berberry, Red Sandalwood, fenugreek, Lodhra Bark & Almond Oil.
Good things about Biotique products are:-
1. They contain no harmful chemicals
2. They claims to have no artificial preservatives
3.No cruelty test on animals
4.All biotique products preperation is envirnment friendly and bio degradable too
Bad things :-
They never reveal all of their ingredients
It has berberry in it which helps in reducing infection and as you must have read many times on wise she that sandalwood helps in reducing and lightning scars which are caused by pimples.It has fenugreek , Lodhra bark and almond oil which is a great moisturizer for the skin.Almond oil helps in improving complexion and helps in making the skin soft and smooth.
Likes:-
1. Cleanse my skin thoroughly without taking much of my effort and time.
2. Decently priced
3. I use it to clean my make up and I am pretty satisfied with it.
4. I like its creamy texture unlike other cleanser which are little harsh .
5. Small quantity of the cleanser goes a long way and one bottles last for two months easily
Dislike:-
Make sure you don’t let it enter into your eyes as it irritates the eyes severely.
Not meant for oily skin as it may break out them
Will I re-purchase - Yes , I am going to buy it.

I love Biotique as a brand and use quite a lot of their products…of course there are a few that haven't worked..like their hair cleansers etc..but otherwise it is good. Will give this a shot next time..coz as of now I have quite a few cleansers with me
