Directions to use-
After shampooing, smooth 1-2 hazelnut-sized amounts onto palms and work through damp hair. Leave for at least five minutes. Massage with some warm water, then rinse thoroughly. For best results use after washing with Rainforest Moisture Shampoo.
This hair butter comes in a white tub packaging with a screw cap. I feel tub packaging for this hair butter was a good choice as it is quite easy to extract product from the tub unlike a tube packaging.
The hair butter, as you will guess, has a greasy consistency which will make your hair look oily & weigh down it. But actually this is not at all greasy or heavy on the tresses.
My Experience with The Body Shop Rain Forest Moisture Hair Butter-
I have a thick & voluminous mane and most of the time my hair remains unmanageable due to its wavy nature. This hair butter is very light consistent & only a dollop of it is sufficient o manage and moistened the hair so that they remain manageable for a long time with the effect of the hair butter.
This hair butter tends to moisturize the mane and that is why is advised to work best on dry & damaged hair.
This is certainly not heavy on the locks and only a small quantity of it is sufficient water the wash to keep them moisturized for long.
The fragrance is a winner here and has really sweet smell that lingers for a while.
It goes a long way and will serve you for a good 8-10 months as the quantity needed is really less in each use. Also gets off easily with wash so no worries at all.
Overall, I think this is certainly a great product from The Body Shop for the good health of hair.
