Hi Beautiful lovely ladies
You guys appreciated my last review on “Nivea nourishing body milk†and encouraged me to write this post… a big Thanks to you :*. Today I will bore you with the review of “Oriflame Grape Antioxidant Peel-Off Mask “. I have used Everyouth peel off mask only once when I was in hostel and I borrowed it from my friend. I remember what battle I had to fight with the mask to remove it. Since then I always keep away from the peel off masks. Then I heard a lot of good things about this cutey but found it quite expensive as compared to the products of its kind. Finally, God listened my prayers and last month grape mask was on discount . AAAAND… Yeah you guessed it!… without thinking twice I just ordered it for myself.
This is how the product looks like:
What does the product claim: Peel-off mask with pure organic grape seed extract. Removes dead skin cells to brighten and balance skin, leaving it feeling smooth and looking radiant. Apply evenly over cleansed face, avoiding eye area. Leave for 15 minutes and gently peel off. Suitable for normal to combination skin (did I mention that I have dry skin but still love it).
Ingredients: Aqua, Alcohol Denat., Polyvinyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, PVP, Oleth-20, Parfum, Glycerin, Salix Nigra, Vitis Vinifera, Sodium C8-16 Isoalkylsuccinyl Lactoglobulin Sulfonate, Organic grape seeds, Sodium Benzoate, Lactic Acid, Potassium Sorbate, CI 16035, CI 17200, CI 42090
Price of Oriflame Grape Antioxidant peel off mask is INR 279 for 50 mL (Expensive? I know!) but I got it on discount INR 198 (plus my membership discount )
My experience: I thought of getting the feel of the product while reviewing it, so friends, let me tell you that I am sitting here applying this mask . As I was applying this mask, my room filled with its fragrance. Such refreshing fragrance it has but I don’t feel it resembles to that of grapes. The color of the mask is translucent light purple-ish. As soon as I peel the mask off, instant difference is what I see. My skin feels so smooth and clear after using this. And if you think that you have to apply a thick layer, you are so not right. I use it miserly and still it is so easy to peel off after drying. When I remove it then only I realize how tightly it has stuck to my skin like Fevicol ka jod (may be that’s why it removes the dirt off the skin and make it clear)
What I liked about the Peel off Mask:
– First and foremost is the way it makes my skin smoother and clearer…… in short, does its job quite well.
– Easy to use: you don’t need too much in one go and trust me its too easy to remove (actually I wanted to show you guys the peel, but I completely messed it up, the peel is damaged due to my fingers being hyperactive).
– The color and smell of the product are very refreshing.
– The packaging: I love its purple packaging it really gives you the grapy feeling J
What I didn’t like about the Peel off Mask:
None except for the price. 279 bucks for 50 mL is quiet a price. So I am planning to stock it the next time it will be on discount.
One tip from my side: KEEP IT OFF THE HAIR. Take care while applying to keep the mask at safe distance from your hair like eyebrows, upper part of forehead and around ears otherwise you’ll have a hard time removing it (trust me experience talks).
Will I repurchase it: Absolutely! But will try to get it when its on discount . In fact I recommend it to everyone to use it at least once.
Wiseshe rating: 4/5 (deducting one point for its price)
