I ve heard that ‘mint’ oils are good for use against unwanted facial hairs …

    • but how to use them/? directly or dilute it with something?

      • Chennai ponnu says:

People claim to see visible results by using mint toners and also by taking them internally daily. But like you said they can easily irritate our skin. So better diluted. I made home made ones with ‘pudhina’ and they weren t bad.

        • can you share the recipe dear.

          • Chennai ponnu says:

Sorry for being late Grin . I added mint leaves (just 10 leaves for 200 ml of water)along with aloe vera to boiling water and let it to cool. Then I mixed in a mixer and filtered the contents into a spray bottle. They were nice for a week Smile. But I feel that pepper mint is better taken internally coz they not only reduce facial hairs but also help digestion and are a very good stress busters.

      • once a lady Doc told me pure essential oils should never be used directly, be it any thing’s essential oil. it should always be diluted – if using in bath, put 3-4 drops of essential oil in 1bucket of water, if using as a massage oil, mix it with olive / coconut oil in 5:1 proportion and then use ans so on… Big Smile Big Smile
