i have heard good thing about peppermint but i have no idea where i can get it from
I think u will find pure peppermint essensial oil in madical stores
or even in Aroma Magic beauty parlors which have many many types of essential oil in their brand costing 180-240/- for a small bottle (may be 10ml approx)
180 is pretty ok for essential oils..some high brands are almost double.
blossom kochar have made many essencial oils and peppermint essencial oil is on of them namely “Aroma magic peppermint essensial oil” i have seen this product in one big bazar of Siliguri..
I ve heard that ‘mint’ oils are good for use against unwanted facial hairs …
but how to use them/? directly or dilute it with something?
People claim to see visible results by using mint toners and also by taking them internally daily. But like you said they can easily irritate our skin. So better diluted. I made home made ones with ‘pudhina’ and they weren t bad.
can you share the recipe dear.
Sorry for being late
. I added mint leaves (just 10 leaves for 200 ml of water)along with aloe vera to boiling water and let it to cool. Then I mixed in a mixer and filtered the contents into a spray bottle. They were nice for a week
. But I feel that pepper mint is better taken internally coz they not only reduce facial hairs but also help digestion and are a very good stress busters.
thanks
once a lady Doc told me pure essential oils should never be used directly, be it any thing’s essential oil. it should always be diluted – if using in bath, put 3-4 drops of essential oil in 1bucket of water, if using as a massage oil, mix it with olive / coconut oil in 5:1 proportion and then use ans so on…

wrt Pudina juice is apparently very good for blemishes..you need to mix equal quantities of pudina and tuli juice…just pick up fresh leaves and crush them in you palm…and apply the juice..massage it and leave on for sometime…then wash with cool water
