A sunscreen face wash gel is not something we see in all brands. This was good enough to interest me in this product and review this face wash .
It is a golden yellow sparkling gel with not a very great yet tolerable smell. If you think you can combine your cleansing routine with this, you are wrong. This does absolutely nothing about the cleansing part. It is a gel wash that doesn’t lather much. Supposed to be used after washing your face and before applying the sun screen.
The face wash gel leaves a thin film on washing (just like some face washes do) and I assume that is the invisible sun protection film they claim. It gives an instant brightness to the face (once when I used this one alone without my sunscreen, I was asked how come I look so bright ). Also, it doesn’t dry out the face.
The sun protection factor is mentioned nowhere and hence it is not enough if you use this alone. However when I am out in the sun for only about 15 minutes, I use only this one and skip my sunscreen. Also, it makes sunscreen application easier especially the ones like Neutrogena sun block.
I would definitely repurchase for all the benefits said above.
Wiseshe rating 5/5 (Well, it does not claim to be a sunscreen and does what it claims )
