Lakme Sun Expert Cucumber & Lemon Grass
I never thought that Lakme will come up with such a hit sunscreen range. They are rocking nowadays and giving us something or other interesting now and then. Since the beginning of 2011 they have been coming up with interesting and drool worthy produts.From lip love lipsticks to Lakme trio blush they are trying to win the trust of the consumers and I think they have pretty much succeeded in it.
Lakme sun expert range was launched three months back and I eventually ended up using almost all the products from this range. All the products in this range have cucumber and lemon grass fragrance and give cooling sensation.
Lakme Sun expert cucumber and lemon grass face wash –
I like how the face wash soothes my skin post sun exposure. It gives cool tingling sensation and keeps my skin oil free for 2-3 hours.I do need a moisturizer after using it but that is more or less required after all the face washes. Even if one uses Lush cleanser, a moisturiser is unavoidable or perhaps I am not in a habit of skipping out moisturiser.

Lakme Sun Expert Cucumber & Lemon grass fairness sunscreen for oily skin
Sunscreen is light weight and has 30PA++ which is exactly what I look for in my sunscreen nowadays. Quantity of the product is just 100ml however with very little amount you can cover whole face and one bottle lasts long. It goes well as a make up base and I can skip a moisturiser after using it. I like the strong lemon grass fragrance and it gives a cooling sensation when applied

It’s my fair and lovely mask 
.It gives an instant whitening effect which lasts for a while. It is clay based mask which is perfectly suited for oily skin. I prefer using it when I need a ten minute glow on my face. However, removing it off is a pain which we generally face with clay based mask and I so enjoy using this mask when my skin is feeling hot and sweaty Using the mask post sun exposure instantly soothes the skin.

Lakme Sun Expert Fairness Body Sunscreen
This product is simple fab. I enjoyed using it so much in this summers. For a moment it takes away the heat and glides beautifully with in a minute. Getting a body lotion with adequate sunscreen is exactly what I was looking for. It helps my skin from getting tanned and regular use of this helped me in reducing my hand discoloration. This body lotion is perfect for combination to oily skin as far as skin hydration is concerned. If you are someone who has extremely dry skin in summers then you might want to skip this .
Lakme Sun Expert Cucumber & Lemon Grass Fairness Sunscreen
This one makes my skin greasy after 3-4 hours therefore I prefer the fairness sunscreen for oily skin. It’s a good sunscreen for those who have a combination to dry skin. It gets absorbed with in seconds no matter what is the quantity. It gives this fresh feeling and makes skin appear fresh too. I like to take it along whenever I am traveling – I never had such a cute small travel size sunscreen before.
Above five products are my best from the Lakme sun expert fairness body range.There is lakme sunexpert cucumber and lemon grass for dry skin which obviously didn’t suit me.

I’m so loving the SPF50+++ Sunscreen. Though its for dry skin and I have oily it suited my skin like nothing before!! Therefore its my HG now

i have stopped using spf 50 now as the chemical content is high.. i limit myself to SPF 30 now
Anu actually my skin is very photosensitive and I have to use high protecttion sunscreen advised by the derma. This one worked for me, so I’m happy. Normally I would suggest to use SPF 30, but my rotten skin

Nice post Anamika..I’m tempted to try the mask and face wash now..i’ve tried the travel size sunscreen and it does absorb well but makes my skin greasy after some time..!

I’ve not tried that one. i love Lotus 3-in-1 matte , it suits my skin really well! I’ll give the face wash/ mask a try

Hey A, hav u tried the after Sun gel?? its so cooling! Got me thru the worst of the summers…and infact, i carried this with me to Ngpr and it helped cool my skin a gr8 deal..i usually hav a huge break out when i go ther,e but this time just 2 boils
hey great review.. i had just been looking for a sunscreen lotion.. i’ve a combination skin.. I was using garnier.. but it too heavy and greasy.. will try lakme and see if it works for me…
