Post By Dr.Neeraj,
I was inspired by a picture of delicate Sakura flowers by starry night (without the moon). Its such a serene feeling and feels so pleasant. This is the time when one sees within themselves and looks for the inner beauty and peace.
This is what reflects even in makeup application.
Eye makeup step by step
- Step 1 – Prime the lids with a eyeshadow primer (not in photograph)- Oriflame Face Primer (for eyes)
- Step2 - Draw a stencil on the lid with NYX jumbo pencil where you want to place the black eyeshadow and shimmer.
- Step 3- Blend the stencil with flat synthetic brush
- Step 4 – Trace the inner rims and the upper lash line with eye pencil. Draw a wing on the outer edge.
- Step 5 -Apply the AMC shine 48 on the lid. DS 467 on the brow bone and inner corners. Also apply AMC shine 48 on the inner half of the lower lid. Trace the inner rim with a strong holding liner like Clinique Gel liner.
- Step 6 -Apply Illegal Cargo eyeshadow in the outer crease and blend it inwards
- Step 7 -Apply Strass Black on the outer corners and blend into the outer crease. Also blend the black on outer half of the lower lid and smoke it into the inner half.
- Step 8 -With a wet brush dab on silver shimmer on the outer half
- Step 9 -Apply 3-4 coats of Clinique HIgh Impact Curling Mascara for gorgeous evening eyes.
I took the look to another level (Madama Butterfly inspired from Christian Dior Collection) by drawing a dramatic liner and putting lots of false lashes.
Then apply concealer and foundation. Seal it with powder. Apply Bronzer in hollows of cheeks and raspberry pink shimmer on the cheeks with MAC Gentle.
Finish with Lipgloss.

yes because i did check yesterday and couldn’t find one.there were just 2 available which were not like those which u use.
I put some extra coats of mascara….I always like to apply one coat of mascara before eyeshadow application and then put more!
oh…so its basically the number of coats..cool…Als, which mascara wud u recco for me for lengthening? i ried the l’oreal one ud reccod b4, but my eyes started watering badly…i guess it doesnt suit me…any other alternative i can try?
Loreal has lots of volumizing mascaras…For lengthening my fav is Clinique though….MAx factor has lovely mascara called Lash Perfection mascara which is amazing….
Try Oriflame mascaras..Their Very Me mascara gives amazing wet looking lashes..

You’re such a pro, Doc! I can’t get over how amazing your eyes look…pls post here more often bcs I would love to learn so much from you!
And now I am off to check your blog…
Awesome Neeraj! You are an artist!
Such a sexy look…i would love to try out those shades…bt i doubt my blending skills to be even half as good as yours Neeraj..
we all doubt that Mitra
Not like that……u will be good in blending with practice.practice on the back of ur hand to understant brush movements…..Also investing in brushes will help u a lot….Buy at least 3 brushes like MAC 217,219 and 239….and u are set!
Sigma makeup brushes are very very amazing.
Neeraj recently posted..Full on foundation
wow! that looks so pretty! hmmm.. i need to have more patience

Neeraj you shud tell us the secret for these amazing lashes!!!!!!! they are absolutely stunning…..
hahaha……….just 3 things…
- Genetics
- Good quality mascara with an awesome brush
- Good eye lash curler…I use and switch between Oriflame and Shiseido. Planning to buy Inglot soon. The Chanel one is tempting but I believe its gonna be very expensive.
Neeraj recently posted..Full on foundation
the first one doesn’t apply for me lol i can try the other ones for sure…..
Feel free to use false lashes……They are amazing and can from very natural to very dramatic….U try from KKCentreHK as they sell some amazing ones…..

how stubby?? u mean short??
Neeraj recently posted..Tale of Teal…….
wow. i can only dream of doing such makeup
its not very difficult to do…….Its just using small brushes for darker colors, flat brush for highlighting and placing the color on the lid and then I used damp MAC 222 to dust the glitter so that it looks like a sparkle and not so garish!!
Neeraj recently posted..Full on foundation
thanks Neeraj, i think this tip will help me alot
wow. its so beautiful
Amazing Neeraj….beautifully done…just love the colors. Thanks for all the info. The first thing am gonna do is invest is some good brushes.
you can try brushes from Sigma makeup…I simply love them!! they have a fantastic starter kit!
Neeraj recently posted..Tale of Teal…….
Awesome Neeraj! I loved the second pic of the set! Superbly blended!
Sukanya recently posted..So fruity, so nourishing..make fun, fruit flavored lip balms at home!
Thanks a lot…I liked the one while placing the shimmer…….it falls all over the place so I had to apply it with damp MAC 224 and also it is starry night so had to keep it sheer but also able to be captured by camera….Quite a task!
