Himalaya Night Cream – Himalaya Revitalizing Night Cream Review
Product claims:
Nourishes and repairs. Restores moisture balance.
- Size - 50 gram
- Price - 170 /-
Ingredients:
- Lemon contains enzymes that remove dead skin.
- Tomato can help treat oily skin, absorbing excess oil and sebum and preventing the formation of pimples
- Godhuma or a kind of wheat (that’s why I came to know from net). I think they mean wheatgerm. Due to its high concentration of Vitamins E and D, as well as proteins and natural antioxidants, it is good for most skin types and serves a number of purposes like treating sun damage and dryness.
- Seva: again I guess they mean apple. Using Apple as a face pack or in any form on your skin provides skin with benefits of Vitamin A, B and C directly.
- Ksirakakoli or White Himalayan Lily has hydrating properties. It is especially helpful in healing burns and wounds, as it helps to affect a cure, but without leaving any scar.
- How to use – Apply on cleansed face and neck each night.
What I liked about Himalaya Night Cream
- The consistency of this cream is light. It melts into the skin in a jiffy.
- I just have to dip my finger just once in the jar. That much quantity is more than enough for face and neck. The reason is that if I take more than it makes my face oily, very very oily. So I make it work by using very little. I use half the amount shown in the picture. You can see the oily finish. Dry skin girls are gonna love it.
- It’s so moisturizing.
- The fragrance is simply wow. Its little sweet kid of smell. Nothing overwhelming.
- In the morning, skin feels smooth and fresh. The best thing I like about this is, that it feels so nourishing.
- Himalaya products are widely available.
- The price is reasonable as very little quantity is needed. My tub is almost full after being used for a month.
- It contains the goodness of wheatgerm, tomato, apple and lemon.
What I did not like about Himalaya night cream
- It suits me in winters but it is quite oily so won’t work in summers.
- The ingredient list is not complete.
- Some may find the tub packaging unhygienic. But I like it. it’s so cute and little, just perfect to carry.
Recommendations – A decent product to try out. I would love to try some other products but this will always be my back up plan for winters.
Wise She Rating – 3.5/5

I was also eyeing fab india depigmentation cream if anyone can tell me its useful for acne marks ?? bz i need night creams only during winter so was wondering if it could deliver some benefits then would be good
I AM BEING SO GREEDY
Shreya recently posted..Forgive Yourself
I heard very good reviews about fabindia depigmentation cream and bought it. Unfortunately it didn’t made even slight difference on me.So i guess it depends on individual’s skin.
Abot acne marks i can’t tell though
you have pigmentation Siri ? you used it for that purpose ?
Shreya recently posted..Forgive Yourself
Actually i am not sure..One dermatologist told it is freckles others told it is pigmentation marks..but whatever it is fabindia failed on me..might be coz it is frecles
There is some difference between the two i thought both are bz of melanin deposit ..
im so dump
Thanks Siri i will do some research on same now.

Even i don’t know much Shreya
….So if you came to know tell me also
hi shreya
even i bought fab india depigmention cream after reading the reviews. it didn’t work for me.
I’ve used biotique coconut cream before and it does remove acne scars and evens out complexion.
Biotique worked for pigmentation Madhura?
Really but i heard that it broke out a few people ? I have even complexion just that there are some tiny tiny red patches over face left over marks from acne and they become deep red if my skin is over exposed to sun or pollution.

i am planning to get the ponds one next mitha. a friend of mine loves it
i gave my mom ponds age miracle, but tried using it for 2-3 days and it broke me out … guess 23 isnt the right age to test it
Shreya recently posted..Forgive Yourself
after reading ur review i wanna try it though m not a big fan of night creams
I too use ponds agemiracle but m thinking of getting lakme night cream or the himalaya one only for winters and was thinking of getting the depigmentation cream coz of the positive reviews bt after reading that its not working for some of u dunno what to do m confused
i have actually used this and i find this is perfect to use in a cold dry weather.. but in bbay, on day to day basis , this might be too rich for you if you have normal to oily skin.
supriya recently posted..The 60s look
thats right supriya. i am goin to use it in only winters
It is a wonderful night cream and softens all the facial skin even we can use the same on hands. moisturises and makes the skin soft. i have completed 4 tubs till now .. as started using VICHy’s bi white night cream stopped using himalaya’s one. but will purchase one for sure and will use again once my vichy cream is done. comparatively himakaya is the chepest and the best night cream.
Sorry for the typos in my earlier post.
