Hi beauties 
Its been a long time, that I did a spectacular and vivid makeup. I wanted to do something for a change, but I wasn’t able to come up with any particular colors to use 
uh: So this is a total random tutorial where I myself wasn’t sure bout the color scheme I just what came along, and hence the purple & blues goes wild :smoke:
Before starting the tutorial, I want to introduce you all (especially beginners) with Tape Method ! We can use tape along the lower lashline, to serve as a guide for eyeshadow/eyeliner application, which upon removal gives precise and crisp finish. All you need to do is place the tape properly and in equal angles for both eyes. You’ll see the difference once I’m done
So lets start 
Step 1 : Prep up lid & apply Tape
Start on with a li’l eyeshadow base, and blend well over entire lid upto the brow bone. I used concealer for it. After blending it, I cut a tape for my eye size, and placed it along the lower lash line, upto the end of your brows. Don’t place it on lashes, just below your eyes, like this :-
Step 2 : Place blue eyeshadow & make cut crease
Now I wasn’t sure bout the colors to use, so I started on placing a slight blue color in the ¾ lid from the outer corner. The tape is going to help you as an outline, so you won’t mess up with eyeshadows. Now after I was done with eyeshadow, I just dipped in my angular stiff brush in gel eyeliner and started pulling a curved line from the outer corner and bringing it in. Smudge the gel liner softly.
Step 3 : Place purple eyeshadow & blend crease
I thought of adding a twist, therefore ended up using a hot purple eyeshadow on the outer corner & bringing it in. I even smudged the outer corner (where gel eyeliner was placed) with the same e/s. Now using a soft pointed brush, I used a navy blue e/s just above the crease the soften any harsh line.
Step 4 : Place light lime green eyeshadow & highlight
Using a small brush, I placed a very light lime green e/s to brighten up the eyes (and also because that area was still not colored 
). Using a bright white colored e/s I highlighted the brow bone, to overall soften the whole area. Then applied liner starting from the inner corner and extending it outwards (you can pull it up on the tape, because after removing it you’ll get that perfect winged eyeliner).
This is finished look after applying eyeliner, filling up waterline and putting mascara.
And now finally, “Purple Blues Goes Wild”

- E/s 2 from Miss Claire Palette 06
- E/s purple, lime green, vanilla from 88 Pro Palette (buyincoins)
- MAC Studio Fix Powder
- MAC Desert Rose Blush
- Night Swim Mineralize Eyeshadow From Coastal Scents
- Maybelline Define-A-Lash Mascara
- NYX Pink Lipgloss.

yea blue n purple go vry well 
nd 88 palette is perfect for beginners/professionals as it offrs variety of shades, pigmentation is decent (infact u can see how bright they’re) .. i got my palette from buyincoins, you can even try ebay or coastal scents whichever u feel is good becaus wid buyincoins delivery you need to be very patient

The tape idea is cool! Is this like the reguler cellotape? And when you remove it, doesn’t the base/foundation come off with it??
I never imagined using gel liner as an eyeshadow! You merged it so well!

yeah its regular cellotape 
i usually do my eyes first so there’s no point it woud spoil the base, and even if you’ve done the base first nd eyes later you can always use ur brush again 
nd u knw wat u can use cellotape to get rid of all the fallouts+gliiters+shimmers from under eye area widout messing

Is there something more with pencils? I want something that I can do with my Revlon brown crayon. I still find blending Very difficult! So when I use shadows I use only as a wash on the lid
