WiseShe gals… I am back with yet another lipstick review. Maybelline Colorsensational Lipstick in shade# 547 called Pleasure Me Red.
This is my one and only red lipstick 
and I am completely in love with this one.
I got this one during my Maybelline haul a month back and would have wore it probably 7-8 times in all this time…
Packaging:
This comes in a silver base with a wine red transparent cap. The cap locks pretty sturdy too. All the details of the lipstick is on white stickers over the cap and not any other particular permanent branding.
Price: INR 299 for 4.2g
The way I see this lipstick:
I have always wanted to buy a red lipstick and during my Maybelline haul couldn’t resist myself from picking this one.
On the look of it, the lipstick looks a little maroonish red and also a totally dry one. But on application, it’s a beautiful red and I don’t have to tug/swipe too much for even application. It glides pretty smooth on the lips and imparts a lovely shade.
Sometimes when I just want a light red and something that’s not too bright on my face, I jus give it one swipe on the lips and leave it for good.
The pigmentation and texture as just good, but might need re-application since it tends to vanish upon eating or drinking anything. It makes a thin line which one can smudge and get the required red.
Overall, I feel it’s worth the price and a nice red that every girl would love. Below are the swatches of the lipstick.

Will I repurchase: Not sure. I think this one’s gonna last a long time before I set out to buy another. Suggestions for some other brands with good red lipsticks are welcome.

That’s a nice shade, Revathy! Its not a dark RED kind of red, rite? looks very wearable
U can try rimmel’s lasting finish lipstick in shade 10. Its a gorgeous red
