Inglot Freedom System Blush Shade 38 – Review, Swatches
A lot of us have gone thru a ‘Pink‘ phase in our childhood…where we wanted pink dresses, pink walls, pink barbie furniture, pink head bands, pink pencils and what not. I was never one of those kids..Infact, I was a tomboy who loved Blues and greens more and hated the reds and pinks my mom forced me to wear..I thought I was above the craze the the color Pink created..
I was sorely mistaken..I think that was a period of arrested development, coz the minute I started using makeup, Pink became my most prized shade.. And now, 90% of my lipsticks/blushes are pink…may it be matte, satin, shimmer, I simply have to get hold of any hue of Pink I set my eyes one and this Blush from Inglot is no exception. I saw it, I wanted it, I bought it…and satiated another tiny ‘PINK’ part of myself

- Quantity: 6.5 gms (although the site mention 7gms)
My take on the Inglot Freedom system blush in No.38:
- Packaging:This rectangular refill pan is packaged in a plastic casing which is quite sturdy. You may choose to transfer them to a palette (safer option) or keep it in the plastic casing and use it when necessary.
- Color : This is a pink shade with a deep blue undertone. It does have some shimmer but its quite subtle and suitable for work as well since its not too obvious or blingy.
- Texture & Pigmentation: The texture is quite smooth like the other refill pans but not as velvety. It does take a bit more effort to blend this in as compared to the other 5 shades I have from the Freedom system. This shade is well pigmented and no complaints in this area. But I do wish it were easier to blend it out.
- Application: I apply this in circular motion on my cheeks so that I can better blend it. It does take me more effort to buff this shade but I’m not sure whether this is an issue only with my pan.
- Cost:At just 350bucks, these blushes are a steal…I don’t mind passing on the potted blushes in favour of these since this means I get to hoard more blushes while saving half the amount (the individual pots cost 720bucks per piece).

What I love about Inglot Freedom system blush in No.38:
- Decent pigmentation.
- Stays for about 5-6hrs on my cheeks which is quite okay.
- Has a tinge of shimmer which gives a nice glow to the face without making one look like a disco ball.
- A nice and unusual shade of pink. (for me atleast)
- Refills are good space-savers
- Cost effective
- A good range of shades to choose from
- Paraben Free
- Not tested on animals
What I dislike about Inglot Freedom system blush in No.38:
- I find it a bit tough to blend this shade but as mentioned above, I’m not sure whether this is specific to the pan I received.

In the pan it looks very shimmery but not after blending..I like the one you reviewed before this!
and I never went through a pink phase either it only started with my nail polish addiction

this is actually perfect for those starting out with blush..its quite mild so its hard t go overboard..so less of a danger kinda shade…but i do agree, the previous one is a darker shade and is quite gorgeous…

well, m personally not a shimmer kinda gal either…but this is more glowy than shimmery actually…hence i think this kinda subtle shimmer wud work well on u too A

Lush online sale is still goin on? cool! snow fairy is quite nice smelling actually…and A has reviewed snowglobe and reccod it for oily skin especially….A! did u review snow fairy too?
Divs u might like Snow globe as it has great fragrance but it doesn’t lather much.. and for snow fairy i like it but mu hubby hated it because he said it smells like cough syrup.
ohh…the bath gel smells like cough syrup? i felt like the lip tint smelled of coughsyrup but the bath gell was like bubblegum!

none of my relatives stay in inglot cities
I asked the inglot girl who had helped me with naked palette swatches. She said it was just promotion for that particular mall…All brands under that house had 70% disco just in that mall…not even in other places in mumbai.

reminds of NYX lippy in strawberry milk though this is a bit darker/brighter than the lippy
