Lush Australian Igloo Scrub Review
How about a sugar scrub which lathers and smoothens skin this weekend. I just used that before reviewing it. It always helps and appears strange to other members of the family (read my Hubby) 
.They just don’t realize how much blogging affects our mind.
Before I take my flight to a lonely place where I have built this Igloo let us read what is the product all about 
LUSH says: A festive wintery scrub to wake up sluggish skin. This little igloo is made with lots of fine sugar, so you can gently scrub your skin. But because it’s winter, we’ve included plenty of other things to perk you up and fight the darkness. There’s bicarb to soften the water and make you feel smooth. We then travel to the other side of the world with Australian sandalwood and eucalyptus, because they both smell fantastic and are great for balancing the skin. Then to soften you up a bit, we’ve hidden a little core of coconut oil inside the sugar, which will leave your skin smooth and moisturised. There’s even dried rosella in here, which helps calm skin and reduce redness. This may be a tough scrub with a look of crisp winter on the outside, but its smooth coconut centre and soft scent with hints of greenery will leave you all warm and snuggly inside.
- Ingredients: Sugar, Sodium Bicarbonate, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Cream of Tartar, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Dried Rosella , Siberian Pine Oil , Eucalyptus Blue , Sandalwood Oil, Cocamide DEA, Lauryl Betaine, PEG-6 Caprylic / Capric Glycerides, *Citral, *Coumarin, *Limonene, Methyl Ionone, Perfume, Colour 42090
- Price: Rs. 340 (I got it in INR 150 from Lush India)
- How To Use Igloo Sugar Scrub - I initially just picked the whole igloo and tried scrubbing my hands with it but it was too harsh and I immediately stopped scrubbing my hand and started scrubbing my feet but there too I found it harsh. I kept it aside for a while and second time I crushed it with a heavy metal as it was difficult to cut it with a knife. I then took a small part of it and added bit of water so that it softens up a bit. I then lather it with my hands and store the left over big piece and then apply on the area which has to be scrubbed. It is little tricky to use it but now I am kind of use to of it.
- Fragrance- It has bit of camphor fragrance with a bit of coconut oil which stays for an hour easily when I use it on my face. It’s a mild fragrance which isn’t bothering at all.
- Effectiveness – I like to use it more on my face then body and it doesn’t dry out my skin. Makes it feel soft and smooth. I always prefer using sugar scrubs and when it is in this form which do not make me feel gross I really like it.
1/4th piece of the scrub is more than enough to exfoliate whole body therefore at this price its not bad .

- Makes skin smooth and soft without drying it out
- Exfolaites well
- Decently priced when bought on discount.
- It lathers a bit when gives a kind of better feeling
What I do not like about Lush Igloo Sugar Scrub
- It’s little difficult to use it.
- Limited edition
- Recommendation – If you like sugar scrub and camphor fragrance and are okay with the above ‘How to use’ procedure then do try it out .It’s not bad but I won’t re -purchase it again.

.. but just of d hardwork involved in using i will skip it 
i used this on my body…..it actually scraped my skin and melts so fast ya…i dint hav d gud sense to keep it aside..i used it all over and thenafter bath had to soak myself in body butter…hehe…this isnt sumthin i ike too much…
u must have used it directly on yur skin it needs to be melted first..i can imagine how bad u must have felt .
yes…scratched the hel out of me….thanks to cocoa body butter for helpin my skin rcover..
but then why did u scrub it …the moment i started scrubbing it hurt badly.it needs to be crushed or broken.
Thats where I made the mistake, and cut minor bruises on my arms

surprisingly its not..but i like sugar crubs though.
even i thought the same mokp….i thought the min it touches the skin it will start melting and will have soft exfoliating wala effect…but its so scratchy..
