hmm…how about as a highlighter under a liquid/matte blush??
i didn’t get that ?
we use a liquid blush and add sparkle on it with the shadow dust…will that make me look shiny???
i have not tried the trick .liquid blush on eyelids ..wont that crease ?

how abt putting it in crease and a darker matte shade on the lids ?

that will be a beautiful smoky eye….
I wud luv t use it All alone..or as a crease shade or even as a liner on the lower lash line fr that pop wala effect
