Aaah! It has been a tiring day today and I don’t know why so many things land up in one single day especially when I have too many things planned. Things get piled up and I keep delaying them and I so wish I could ‘seal’ whatever I plan to do like Illamasqua sealing gel

This is one interesting product which is introduced by Illamasqua in their human fundamentalism collection which is hard to resist. Like they say, all good things comes in small packaging this too is the smallest product in the entire collection.

My experience with Illamasua Sealing Gel :-

The moment I saw the sealing gel, myMAC pigments were the first thing which popped up into my mind on which I wanted to try it on. This sealing gel opens doors for so many looks and the way it intensifies the colour and refuses to budge or smudge.Although the eyeliner stays put only for five hours maximum and then starts flaking a bit but I do require a good makeup remover to wipe it off .

One needs a good eye makeup remover to remove it off otherwise it will stay put through out the day and night.

Illamasqua Sealing Gel Uses:-

As claimed one can blend the sealing gel with pigment, powder eyeshadow. One has to be really careful while using it as it requires a bit of a practice. I just take out bit of a pigment separately in its cap and the gel (in its small cap) and dip my Inglot 30T eyeliner brush into the gel which is a water like clear liquid. You don’t need more than a small drop to use it. Just dip the eyeliner brush into the gel and mix it with the pigment. Try one or two strokes at the back of your hand and when you get the right consistency you’re set to go

Below I have shown swatches of some of the MAC pigments with the sealing gel.It as pretty easy using them and it takes maximum of two seconds in drying the pigment.

I just took a drop more and used MAC Reflect Antique gold pigment (eye makeup here) to show you the mess which it can create! So just be careful with the quantity.
