Hey Wiseshe Beauties, Hope you all are doing good.
Today instead of reviewing any product, I am doing a post on how to store make-up, jewellery and skin care essentials.
But this post is a little different in way that it would talk about how to store your everyday essentials which you need and always get late in finding them or sometimes, when you are not able to find your favorite piece of jewellery or make-up item in a hurry, you have to leave your house without it.
I know that you must have seen a lot of posts on jewellery and make-up storage ideas like hitting nails on walls and hanging your jewellery on it. Though it’s a great idea, but if I do that on my room’s wall, my mother might kick me out of home 
Moreover, I don’t want to let my jewellery rust in the open. So, here I am only going to talk about storage ideas that I have done.

You see, when you have a lot of items in your closet, storage becomes a problem especially when you know your parents are planning on buying a new house and they won’t get you made a closet in your old house. I’m not talking about me but about my friend and of course, her parents are right. At least a middle class girl like me thinks so
Now let me come to the topic fast because I have allotted 30 minutes to this post. No, I am not a stop watch, it’s just that my finals are approaching and so I have time allotted to my different activities. Yes, Thank You for your wishes! 
Now, coming to the part how to store particularly necklaces or chains is a big problem because unlike bracelets you just can’t keep them one over other because they get tangled especially if you like to wear thin chains like me. So, for that I got a standing tree as you can see in the below two pictures. I think many of you would have seen this tree where little birds hang from it. I bought this tree but didn’t bring those birds as they would have been of no use to me. It cost me just Rs.200. You can easily hang in your neck pieces or even bracelets here or even earrings. I hang only that jewellery here which I have to use often, not for functions types.

In the below pictures, you can see a white box and things piled upon it. As a kid I used to play a lot of games and my favorite being blocks and ping pong. I still play once in a blue moon or sometimes more than that. But I had others games lying too. So, what I did what I picked up the white boxes from the games and used them. For storing nail colors this way, you have to make sure that the box is closely moved to the corners of the cupboard so that the nail colors do not fall even if you place them on top of it like I have placed. Try placing the big and the sleek ones on the top and the smaller and the heavy ones below. In my angry bird box, I have placed only my eye make-up things so that I know where I have to place my hand when in search of any. The other white box which you see in the big white box is also a part of some game only
For my pearl jewellery, I make sure to place cotton below them so that they don’t get spoiled. You can add anything in the rest of the place. I have placed my watches in a pink cotton kind of box. You can take any and you can get any. Mine had candies packed in it.

Now for my skin care items plus other make up items, I have a similar white box again. Now, in this white box I have also placed my desktop holder. The original desktop holder looked look the plain blue color you see inside it. I found it really boring so I decorated it. I got it for around Rs.150. I have seen these desktop holders only at two places in Delhi. Firstly, at STORE99 at City Center Mall in Rohini. Secondly, at some big stationary shop at underground floor at Pacific mall which is near Subhash Nagar Metro station. You can also get big sizes than this one.
Now the below black box is actually a DIY. This black box you get upon shopping from Urbantouch website. So what I did what with the use of its thermocol which comes in the box, I cut it in three parts and placed them specifically (see the box) and pasted with acrylic glue. The little cardboard pink colored boxes you see were actually brown in color. I painted these with acrylic colors. The below one is pasted and the upper one is held by my bow pins Just make sure to put in light weight items here. I hope this increases Urbantouch website sales. Just get it and decorate it as you want to
The below one is bangles box. It’s so adorable. My sis’s friend gave this to her who bought it from her native city. I think Kolkata. I have asked her to get more It’s almost empty because I am not fond of bangles except for those that don’t make noise
The below ring holder is also a DIY. Take any sponge and make straight line in it with the help of a knife according to the size of the ring and make more such spaces depending on how much you want one ring to be away from another. You can also make two of these ring holders. One depending on functions and one which are wearable in daily life. Mine is also coverable with a plastic lid.
Now, for the problem of rubber bands or even for rings or even for small bracelets, you can use the pizza hut table which is provided with the pizza you order

Hope you liked these ideas. They are very practical, useful and moreover, you can decorate them as per your choice. I am yet to decorate my white boxes. Any ideas?

Those who have raised eyebrows towards me thinking why I didn’t buy any, so for that the reason is I get to shop via credit card only 3 times a year and that with budget of around 2000 bucks. I love the DIY urban touch box you made its a superb idea… and also the little pizza stand.
