I love sheer lippies….No surprised look? Ahh well…I guess by now every corner of Wiseshe knows about my love for them 
So anyways, here’s a modest (pls don’t snicker) compilation of the 10 Sheer Lippies which seem to be sheer winners! Bad PJ?? Sorry ..
MAC Lipstick in See Sheer
See Sheer is a light orangey coral. The color is a muted one so it doesn’t look loud at all. The finish ensures it looks glossy but it has no shimmer or glitter. This lipstick is a light to medium coverage lipstick and covers up most of the pigmentation on my lips. The corners of my lips tend to be darker and this lightens it up quite a bit. Pigmentation is amazing and the hand swatch below is just a single swipe!

Maybelline Watershine Pure Lipstick in C22
I wanted a nice light coral to use for everday, so I got this. It’s a warm coral that goes on very sheer, but really brightens up my face. Due to this sheerness, it would nicely suit all complexions. It looks super-duper glossy once applied, so I’d say it’s like a lipgloss in lipstick form. Since there’s no glitter or shimmer, it can easily be used every day even by those just starting with makeup. Now I know why they decided to call these – watershine.

L’oreal Color Riche Nutri-ShineLipstick in Sheer Papaya
I was blown away by this shade the moment I saw the swatch on Wiseshe.I knew I was going to get this before I stepped out of my home. Its exactly as described in its name. Its an orangey-pink kinda shade and is very sheer.
This lipstick gives sheer coverage and is extremely soft and moisturizing. It gives an awesome shine to the lips and glides so softly. I’m in total love with this lippy.

Bourjois Sweet Kiss Naturel Lipstick Rose Tendre
It is a very light and cool toned pink shade. Almost a baby pink infact. Two swipes makes the shade look a little denser. This lippy gives light to full coverage depending on how many times you swipe it across your lips.

Bourjois Mini Lipstick Style Disco 04
A highly moisturizing glossy sheer golden shimmery coral shade. Golden shimmer is quite apparent and I have clicked the pictures with flash so that it is more visible here.It’s a kind of shade which you will love wearing during your night out parties .

MAC Lipstick in Capricious
Capricious is a sheer rosey-plum shade with tiny gold shimmers which are not really visible but lend a glow to the lips. The Lustre finish also ensures a nice glossy look without the help of a balm.

MAX Factor Xperience Sheer Gloss Balm Red Garnet
It’s a fantastic product to experiment with red shade .A kind of shade which you will like to wear every day.Why it works on the pigmented lips is because it gets blended into the lip colour giving the lips nice natural flush.
I need to layer it up 2-3 times but those who with lighter pigmentation than my lips can get lovely shiny lips in one swipe.Due to the presence of lip balm it keeps my lips hydrated and doesn’t look too red and bright like a lipstick.It makes my lips look naturally red .It’s a perfect shade for college or office going girl or for some one who love using tinted lip balm with SPF 10 in it.

MAC Lipstick in Sweetie
Sweetie is a semi sheer pink which isn’t too bright and is a bit muted so that it doesn’t look too loud nor too boring. On my lips this looks like a dirty pink and looks quite natural.

MUA Lipstick In Shade 4
It looks Barbie pink, but it’s completely different from the bullet and is actually a sheer light pink. I really like it, lovely everyday colour that will go with everything!
L’oreal Color Riche Nutri Shine Lipstick in Old Rose
I didn’t realise the true worth of this shade until I came home and tried it on. It is a lovely sheer peachy red and for me is my MLBB lipstick for sure.
Coverage & Texture: This lipstick gives sheer coverage. It is very moisturizing and I didn’t need to use a balm underneath. Infact, I didn’t even need to use a gloss. The lipstick has an amazing shine and looks as if I’ve wet them with water… It’s a lippy to die for!
