Hi All,

A lot of us buy makeup products all thanks to the craze surrounding them. I’m no different and by craze for Boots products began only when I got to know that Lisa Eldridge is on the board for this brand. A product I bought just because it was her fav was the No.7 Foundation brush reviewed here. This is another Boots No.7 product I have and it’s a lippy!!!

Color: This shade is a rust brown shade with strong orange undertones. On some skin tones this may look totally brown, but on me the orangey tint stands out quite a bit :

Price: 10pounds

Coverage & Pigmentation: The shade provides medium to full coverage. Pigmentation is fabulous and is packed with color.

Texture: This is a a very creamy formula and glides easily over my lips. Continuous application through the day does result in the color settling in my lip lines, but at no point do I feel this. My lips feel really moisturized all thanks to the moisture drench formula which actually works!

Staying Power: This stays for about 4hrs on my lips before fading and leaving behind a rust orangey tint on my lips. To remove this I need to use a makeup remover.

I have never used a rust colored lipstick ever and I was quite hesitant to use this. But surprisingly this looks really nice on me. I don’t really have the guts to wear an all out orange lippy and war very few browns. So this is the perfect combination which brightens up my face instantly. Do any of you know of a similar shade?
