Today I will review a face wash from the brand, VLCC. I personally loved this brand for only one reason, and that is I’ve been using the VLCC punarnava Astringent for the past 5yrs. Therefore, I had a reason to plunge myself and try this brand furthermore, and got this face wash. I bought this face wash because it said “Glow” and not because of “Fair” claim, which I obviously detest as many as you all do. So let’s see if it impressed me for the “Glow” factor.

The face wash comes in a no fuss packaging, simple tube with a flip top cap. It has this bright coral colored panel and a few fruits or berries on them. There are enough details on the back of the tube, including how to use, ingredients etc.

The face wash is pearly white in color, and resembles a shampoo not only the way it looks like but also the way it smells like. If it wasn’t in a flip top tube, I would have surely misunderstood it as a shampoo

Now this face wash claims to get reveal fresh glowing skin, but to me its an average face wash. It does simple job of cleaning and not stripping any oil from your face. While there were no significant signs of “radiant glow” after obviously repeated tries, I stopped using it, because it wasn’t even doing anything for the blemishes. So I decided to stop wasting my time on it, and use something else to cover up my requirements.

It has a very common strong sweet shampoo kind smell, which isn’t too bothering, but every time I used it, I almost felt as if I’m using a shampoo, so that kind of bothered my mind more than my skin

Overall I’d say it’s a normal average face wash, and can be used if you don’t have to work on anything specific, also it’s apt for summer use, as it controlled shine for around 2hrs. Decently priced, and 50ml tube will easily last for a month.
