My Experience with Clinique Happy Perfume:
When I was gifted this perfume by my dear friend, I immediately went over to her the next day and asked if everything’s fine between us. Have I said anything(RECENTLY) which made you feel bad? She was like startled and asked what happened? I then made her smell this very perfume which she gifted me and she was like ‘ewwwww!!’, and I was like Now, you know why I asked that? 
Then, she told me she brought this online caught by its fancy name ‘Happy Perfume’. Whom are you kidding, Clinique?
So, basically this perfume stinks. And, I dislike this perfume so much that when recently a boy from my tuition came in one day and smelled exactly like this scent, I literally said to my mam why on earth has he taken a bath in oranges!

I generally like citrus scents. But they have to be light scented. But this one smells of bitter oranges. Yes, bitter oranges. And, somewhat too much spicy!
Though it has a good staying power of around 3-4 hours, but it’s of no use to me. Luckily, my sister is okay with this scent and so it’s not a waste.
All in all, there’s only one thing happy about this perfume, which is the neat and classy bottle. The maker of this perfume must be a die-hard orange lover because only those can apply this perfume who can stand to smell like oranges.
So, please buy this perfume only after trying it and don’t buy it on a whim.

since it was bought online,thr is a possibility that it is fake..I have smelt this n though I dont remember clearly I dont think it smells like bitter orange peel types

I thot it so.. so i went to their counter..but it still smelt d same
i love oranges and i had this once upon a time…..of course then I was in Kuwait so I used it in the desert….moisture is less there and I guess the strenght of the perfume gets diminished so it did’nt smell as loud as you say it is…..Also every perfume smells different on different people remember that cause of their body constituency….
Go to the clinique counter, try it out and wear it nicely for the day. Then come back and buy it…..you will know exactly how you feel bout the scent…..Some of you ladies might actually enjoy it !

I also got this as a gift which my cousin brought for me from Australia and it did not smell like this at all! I wonder there is some confusion as its one of the best sellers from Clinique!

I agree with you Heena, I recently went searching for a perfume and when the SA showed me this I made a face so bad that she immediately showed me the Happy Heart perfume. I bought the later because I really liked it. Till this day I dont understand the hype behind the “Happy” perfume!
