After the first time A did a post on Pepperfry, their offers and products available, I was quite enthu about it..I mean, who wouldn’t be? With a discount coupon PLUS the ready offers doing the rounds?? So I hopped, skipped and jumped to the site which has a simple and attractive UI. As A mentioned before, there are hoards of items to choose from from home goodies, bags, accessories, beauty products, timepieces, phone accessories, etc..
After a loooong time of surfing and ogling, I decided to settle on something non-makeup related product for once. 
After some more ogling, I finally settled on this gorgeous Casio watch with a metallic link strap. I’ve always had the thin bracelet type of watches and wanted something a biit chunky to wear with denims since the pairing looks really nice.
At the time, there was another offer running (I don’t know whether it still is),wherein Pepperfry was offering a choice of a free gift with a minimum purchase of INR1000. The options were: a Cutlery set, a set of earphones and a pen drive. I chose the Cutlery set (coz I realized my maid has been flicking the existing ones) and then began my wait for the parcel. 
The watch got delivered within a week. It would have been sooner but I was out of town at the time hence the delay. I was worried about the package majorly because I’d never ever bought a watch online and the purchase was a pricey one and that too from a new site. But I was very impressed! The package was securely packed with the warranty card tucked in. Every label and tag was in tact. A part of my worry had also stemmed from a purchase I’d made earlier from another site wherein I received the products alright….but it looked old and used…think 3rd or 4th hand! So I really loved how this had worked out. The product was undoubtedly new and I immediately strapped it on and preened infront of my colleagues Oh What fun!!

But there was a tiny hitch Girls…Although I’d received the watch in mint condition, I had not received my Cutlery Set!!! I immediately dropped a mail to the support team and they yet again amazed me. Usually support teams respond after 24hrs or so. These guys responded within a few hours saying that the same had been sent separately. And guess what? I had my brand new, shiny cutlery set within 2 days!! How prompt is that?!?!
I’s also like to insert here that this has to be the most sophisticated and sexy looking cutlery set I’ve ever come across…And it was a freebie!! Most freebies offered are always old stuff which have lost their shine and look like they’ve been pulled out after years of storage. But this was super impressive!Pepperfry! If you’re listening, pls pls offer more of such amazing gifts!
I’m super impressed with Pepperfry and would definitely recommend it to all of you. Superior service, quick delivery, prompt responses, products received as described….what more could one ask for???
