Aroma Magic is one of my favorite brands… when the brand first made it felt to me way back in 2006 or 2007, it was a revelation for me to use some of their products, which were inexpensive but very good quality. As a result, I have bought stuff from them often, and I like it. One of the products I have gone back to many times, especially when my skin feels dry and unloved (this might be a controversial statement, since my skin is actually oily) is the Turmeric Cleanser.
The best thing about the Aroma Magic Turmeric cleanser is that instead of a soapy yellowish turmeric-y thing that you might expect to find, this cleanser is a far cry. It is not soapy at all, and smells delicately of roses and geranium. Two of my favorite smells, and well, the cleanser itself is also quite good.

My experience with Aroma Magic Turmeric Cleanser
This product is quite big, and comes in a wide-rimmed tub. The packaging, I think, facilitates in getting the product out of the tub right down to the end of it, and since this is creamy, and oil sometimes tends to separate, it is a good idea to put it in a tub rather than inside a bottle which is painful to use. My only gripe is that they do not include a spatula with the product for me to easily scoop out the cleanser, and I have issues with hygiene. However, otherwise, this is a great face cleanser.
The cleanser is not oily. You need to take some of it out in your hand, smooth all over your face, wait for 1-2 minutes, preferably rubbing your face during the time, and then wipe it off. I have used this to remove my makeup and dirt, and it has never broken me out. It looks slightly like white chocolate icing, though.
It does the makeup removal part quite well, even gets rid of my Eyeconic Kajal (which is a hard feat) without rubbing too much. I follow this with a good toner, and then moisturize with my favorite cream.
I like the smell because it lingers on my hands, and stays a while. My sister, who is dry-skinned, uses this too, and she says she loves the effect on it. It is not too travel-friendly, as the top tends to come off at times … but can be a manufacturing defect on this tub, as my previous tubs which had the old packaging, did not do that.

- Does not break me out
- Sensible packaging allowing every last bit of usage
- Removes makeup and dirt

What I don’t like about Aroma Magic Turmeric Cleanser:
- Not hygienic
- Boring packaging
Not too travel-friendly
