Thanks you all for liking the yesterday Kareena kapoor inspired eye makeup look.As requested I am doing a step by step makeup tutorial here.I took these pictures at night so they are not that clear but clear enough to understand what i did to get the Kareena Kapoor Smoky eyes.
It’s a look where I have used just one eyeshadow (MAC Knight Divine eyeshadow) and a black eyeliner and gel eyeliner(Maybelline).I have just played with the brushes by concentrating on the blending here.
- Step1 & 2 - I primed my eyelids with NYX jumbo pencil (milk) and blended it all over my eyes.
- Step 3 – Applied MAC Eyeshadow Knight divine all over eyelid as shown in the pic 3.(I used one eye makeup brush i.e MAC 226 to blend out the eyeshadow.)
- Step4 – I used black eyeliner pencil and traced my upper lashline with it .I kept it thickest in the middle of the upper lash line and gave it a winged eyeliner look.
- Step5 - Applied thick black eyeliner on the lower lashline and take it to the winged eyeliner.
- Step6- To intensify the eyeliner I applied Maybelline gel eyeliner all over the black eyeliner.Also applied it on the water line as well.
- Step7 - Curl my lashes and applied lots of mascara.I also filled my eye brows with MAC Espresso eyeshadow.
I heard not that great reviews of movie Heroine but I still want to watch it for Kareena .How about you ?

That’s a detailed explanation dear. Loved the look as well.
Even I heard average reviews on heroine! But I think its worth a watch for the style quotient of kareena in the movie.
yup! she is the saving grace but i am sad to know that Madhur movie is not that gr8.
I luved the tute and luved the fact that u kept it so uncomplicated! loved the look! Yep I too have heard that Kareena is the only saving grace in the movie but I will watch the movie anyways!

Nice tutorial….
I saw the movie yesterday. I would agree that its full o Bhandarkar school of Cliche’s but Kareena has given a brilliant performance. So u wanna watch it for Kareena and believe me she’s the only watchable thing abt Heroine. Happy Movie going Ana!

I mean she was wearing that liner most of the times in HEROINE…
