Kareena Kapoor is at the top of her career at the moment. She has worked her way up and along with all of that not forgotten to maintain her glowing and radiant skin and glamorous figure. Kareena Kapoor Make-up:-
She prefers to use a pale shade of pink, instead of bright colors and bronzer over of blush because it gives her the dusky complexion that she is fond of.
Her favorite beauty products are a MAC lipstick in Cherish and a MAC blush in ‘Improper Copper’. She also vouches that MAC’s Viva Glam V lipstick will work with almost anything. When it comes to eyeliners, she loves Chanel Kohl pencils in black and for a smoky-eyed look finds Yves Saint Laurent’s eye pencils to be her favorite. She also loves Lorac Eyeshadow in moonstone, Lancome L’Absolu Rouge Lipstick, and Chanel Quadra Eyeshadow.
As far as tips and tricks of the trade are concerned Kareena says that her eyes have never failed her. She focuses on making them pop. Since she does not wear make-up on a daily basis, when she steps into town, she highlights her features by lining her eyes with Black Kohl and for an evening out she accentuates them with a shimmery silver or champagne eyeshadow.
Her favourite fragrances are by Jean Paul Gaultier. On special occasions she wears Un Jardin en Mediterranee by Hermes. She also enjoys Ralph Lauren Romance and YSL Vice Versa.
Kareena Kapoor Beauty Rituals:-
Madam follows a strict regime when it comes to her face. Her daily go-to face wash is one from Lancome. She avoids using creams because of the high chemical content of these products. She does however like to use Clarins’ HydraQuench’ cream during the cold to avoid dry skin and does not believe in facials.
Kareena takes her hair very seriously. She likes to oil her hair once a month with a misture of almond, castor, coconut, and olive oils. She find that it helps her look her glamorous best.
Kareena Kapoor Diet:-
Kareenas 70% diet and 30% exercise is the reason for her fabulous figure. She is a vegetarian and eats fruits, yogurts, vegetables, salads, soups,peanuts, yogurt, soy milk, and packets of chana. She also has a lot of green vegetables like spinach, fenugreek, and broccoli. Her meals contain lots of grains and she doesn’t cut down on carbs. She likes to eat every 2 or 3 hours in small quantities and ends the day with dal, vegetables, curd, and roti or brown rice. Furthermore, she drinks a lot of water, which helps keep her skin hydrated and in great shape. Her focus is on nutrition, not calories.
Kareena Kapoor Fitness:-
Kareena is an avid fan of yoga and does meditation on a daily basis for about an hour per day. Ashtanga yoga and Power yoga are her favorites because it gives her the workout she needs. She also does upto 50 to 100 repetitions of the Surya Namaskar per session. Surya Namaskar is helpful for the body and mind making use of nearly 95% of all the muscles in your body. It is most beneficial when done early in the morning, prior to eating breakfast and 1 Surya Namaskar, is equivilant to doing 100 situps and pullups. Each repetition can burn 2.3 kilocalories of energy .
Kareena credits her sister Karisma as her beauty idol. She adored her sister as a child and has never found her to appear anything less than fabulous. She combines great clothes, glamourous hair, and perfect makeup. Kareena credits her sister to this day as her chief advisor for what to wear and how to wear it. She also admires Scarlett Johansson and Julia Roberts.
