A retractable twist up pencil with good pigmentation.Soft and glides beautifully without stinging .It’s dermatoligacally tested and is waterproof.
Well, truth be told, though the sites list this color as purple, this is more of an eggplant-blue shade, bordering on blue, with micro-glitters. The color is lovely, and I have used it over my top lid and lash line and suffered from no problems. I have sensitive eyes, and can be smudged easily to create a lovely smoked-out look. The packaging is simple, with a silver-white cap and blue-black body with Deborah Milano stamped on it. The color is not very heavily or very lightly pigmented. I have used the color and it does not tug or pull on my eyelids, and sets on my slightly watery lash line quite easily. I have noted that I need to put two strokes on my upper eyelids to make tis color stick properly. There are micro-glitters, but they are not over the top at all. I would have to say that I find this more easy to use than my Nyx pencils.
It has a silicone gel structure formula that enables the liner to go on smoothly just like a liquid eyeliner. I love this pencil for it’s beautiful vivid black colour. It glides onto the eye without tugging and delivers super pigmented colour in just ‘ONE STROKE’. Just like it claims, I was able to use it in the inner rim of the eye because the point of the pencil is so soft and gives an incredible pigment of colour with the slightest touch. It did’nt sting my eyes and I applied it yesterday and also this morning.
Oh! It’s a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful charcoal black eye pencil. The claims by the company is completely true, this eye pencil glides like a silk on your eyes, very smooth and soft. Doesn’t smudge at all, so you really have to define your eyes quickly before it gets set. It is not hard on your eyes due to its smooth formulation which I found in eye pencils from other brands. Also, it is a multi purpose eyepencil, you can even use it like an eye shadow as well as on your waterline. It didn’t sting me on my waterline. It has got lovely silver shimmer which doesn’t look tacky infact it is a great pencil for that smoky look. I stays for longer without getting smudge and doesn’t come out easily hence it is waterproof too. You need to use a good make up remover to get this out completely. This eye pencil is very handy so even if you are out somewhere and immediately plan to go for a party or something, you can simply glide this on your eyes, put a lot of mascara and any lipcolor of your choice and Voila! You are good to go! J This eye pencil can be played around for different eye look tutorials and it will rock on every woman. The only thing is Colorbar i-glide eye pencil is slightly expensive compare to the other range but with the kind of performance they offer I won’t mind buying them at all. Also, be very careful when you sharpen the pencil, as they are super soft so leads to a lot of product wastage. Overall, I would say please go and buy it if you still don’t have this one Like please please. I am super impressed with the coal mine 09.
Very very black and it glides beautifuly. One needs just single stroke and the colour is easily buildable .I love doing smokey eyes with this eyeliner and I use it with contact lenses without any fear.It is totally matte but gives a little metallic shine because of the wax in it.It has soft tip and colour is immensely intense.
