Mash half an avocado, add one teaspoon lemon juice and a generous helping of Epsom Salts. Massage this mixture well into both feet and leave on for about 15 minutes. This is a soothing treatment that leaves behind bright skin, along with the added benefit of relaxing the muscles due to the addition of Epsom Salts. It also helps in soothing and healing cracked feet.
