My experience with Revlon Color Burst Lip Gloss Pink Ice:
Revlon color burst lip glosses are a permanent range from Revlon. You can find them in all the Revlon outlets and they still sell like hot cakes. Like any Indian I tend to go for the darker colors or mostly pink as well all want them to “show” up on the lips. This color doesn’t come into any of that category. This is the shade you should sport when you are in a “bare it all” mood.
The shade pink ice is a slightly mauve icy pink. It has fine shimmer which adds to dimension and volume to my lips. The color though milky wont wash out the Indian skin tones as most of the other milky colors do. This is the best part of this lip gloss. It would not even slightly wash it out and you don’t have to correct yourself when you apply this lip gloss. The color looks like MLBB but much much better.
If you are someone who sports smokey eyes every now and then then this one is the best lip gloss for you. It will bring out the entire look without having to do much efforts. I generally have heavily kohled eyes for office and I just dab on this on my lips and I am all set. I don’t have to worry if I am going over the top. So for all the office going women who want to keep a check of the amount of makeup you are applying this one is for you.
It has a creamy texture and glides on easily. It has fine shimmer in it. it used to bother me in the beginning but it does not anymore. The applicator is the normal doe foot applicator as well as the packaging is quiet normal. Nothing exciting on that part. The quantity is good for the price and it goes on for 6 months even if applied daily.
Coming to the texture it’s slightly sticky. It won’t settle in fine lines also won’t cover heavy pigmentation on the lips. The lip gloss stays for about 4 hours on my lips with binge eating which I think is good enough. Overall I think this is a good product and a must try if you are looking for nude shades.
What I like about Revlon Color Burst Lip Gloss Pink Ice:
- Gives a nice MLBB effect
- Range of colors
- Doesn’t wash out Indian skin tones.
What I don’t like about Revlon Color Burst Lip Gloss Pink Ice:
- Slightly sticky
- Doesn’t cover pigmentation.
Will I buy it again?: Yes
