Whiteheads are usually seen in people with oily or combination skin. Problem may become even more pronounced in summers. Whiteheads are also known as closed comedones. They are caused when oil and dead cells clog skin pores.
These white bumps can be seen on upper lips, nose and chin. They are not like pimples as they do not contain pus or sebum but are covered with skin.
