Almost all Colorbar i-glide eye pencils have been reviewed here on wiseshe. The only shade left is perky pink which I am going to review today. I know it is a kind of shade you would like to choose in lip liners but for an experimental chap like me it was an immediate purchase. Also because I read somewhere that shades of pink look good on green eyes, I picked this one. Else than this I have cocobar in this range.

My experience with Colorbar I Glide Eyeliner Perky Pink:
You all know about the gliding formula of these eye pencils by now. I would still like to repeat the line- they glide like dream. They are so soft to apply that you just need one stroke to get the right amount of color on your eyelids. Like everybody else I also have fallen in love with their smoothness and ease of use. I was excited to use the pink color on my eyelids soon after I purchased it. Whoever had written about pink colors and green eyes was quite right; this shade did suit me well. I love this shade on me just like I love blues. I wear this with my pink outfits and it does give me that perky pink kind of look going with its name. (I am more tempted to use this as a lip color though.)
To make it look more wearable, I apply black or brown eye shadow in a thin line very close to the upper lash line and a thick pink line with this eye liner.
One thing I do not like about these pencils is that they cannot be used on the waterline. They sting on the waterline and you cannot stay at rest for the whole day. Now that does not mean I was going to apply pink color on my waterline, I am just talking about the whole range in general.
They stay for a fairly long time without smudging and fading. I came to know that these are not completely waterproof when I was trying to remove it from my hand after clicking for the swatches. It came off with water but after rubbing it for 5-6 times which we would certainly not do on our eyelids. Claiming them as water resistant would be more appropriate. In fact this I glide range is exactly what we girls want – it would give you a clean line on your eyelids for around 5-6 hours (oily lids) and would easily come off with a makeup remover at the same time. On dry lids it would last even long.
To sum up, try this shade on your eyes on the counter itself and if it suits you, pick it up without second thoughts on other qualities of the eyeliner.
