We girls can give up almost anything to get long and strong hair. I am no different in this respect. I already have long hair but I want them to be a bit thicker. I generally use almond oil and olive oil for my hair but this one drew my interest because of its 6 oil tag. I wanted to try if mixture of 6 oils in one bottle could work wonders for my hair or not. So when I got to try this, I really got excited. What are the outcomes of the oil; read on to know.

My experience with Loreal Paris 6 Oil Nourish Extraordinary Hair Oil:
The bottle is a big tough one. It is in the same golden color as other products of this range and is quite a heavy glass bottle, so you need to be really careful with its handling. One drop and ouchhh.. the oil will all be sailing on the floor.
The fragrance is a sweet one which even a no-fragrance person in me happened to like. It is a subtle fragrance, neither too mild nor strong to block the nose.
The texture of the oil is its USP. It is absolutely non-greasy and feels like you are pouring some juice which is absolutely not viscous. Even the girls who hate the very touch of oils will love this. So texture wise it makes the usage very comfortable.
Coming to the 6 oil claim- though the bottle contains the 6 mentioned oils, it also contains a lot of chemicals in the ingredients which makes me feel no good. I still gave it a shot by applying it on the scalp and length twice in a week. I could get rid of fly-aways and frizzy hair as it did with almond oil but what I also noticed was a bit of hair fall. It was because of the hair oil or conditioner from the same line or both, but I did face hair fall. Also, I did not feel the oil to be as nourishing as the pure oils we get from the market. I felt like it was a bit superficial.
Overall, I did not notice anything extra special in this oil except the non-greasyness and that it prevents frizz formation. It is great for those who hate oils because of their greasiness, or want smooth hair with no frizz. Other than that it fails to impress me in terms of nourishment. So, take your call accordingly.
What I like Loreal Paris 6 Oil Nourish Extraordinary Hair Oil:
- Classy bottle.
- Claims to be a blend of 6 oils.
- Absolutely non-greasy.
- It fights frizz and makes hair go smooth after wash.
- Decent pricing.
- Can be used on the hair ends as a serum in low quantities.
What I do not like Loreal Paris 6 Oil Nourish Extraordinary Hair Oil:
- It does not do any wonders to the health of your hair.
- Being, non greasy it can be used on ends in very small quantities, but not as a serum for the whole length as they demonstrate in some of their videos.
Until next time, take care!
