I am sucker for MAC pearl glide liners and so far have shared two reviews with you and here is another stunner from permanent line. There are just 7 shades from this range and all of them are beautiful and gorgeous to own if you love coloured liners. Once I finish off MAC liners I will switch to Urban Decay reviews if you are interested.
Size – 1.2 gm, Price 1100/- INR, Available at MAC stores across India
Shade – MAC PETROL BLUE is described as Deep Navy with pearl, it is deep dark rich shade of navy blue with light navy blue and silvery shimmer to it, they are frosty and hence are not safe to use on waterline.
Texture – They are easy to glide and have super smooth creamy texture, one single stroke and you have colour on your eyes with so much ease; no tugging or pulling at all. They have high shimmer content hence cannot be used on waterline; on lash line they are as perfect as it can be.
Pigmentation – IT is opaque in single layer and looks good enough on my medium to dark skin tone, if you are little lighter then NC 42 then it will show more vibrant and shiny.
Staying power – They stay for a whole day without fading, I have oily lids but still there is no fading even if am out in hot and humid climate. This is the best part of these liners on whole.
What I like about MAC Pearl Glide Intense Eye Liner Petrol Blue:
- I adore the blue shade; it’s not too dark or too light to disappear, such a perfect blue liner for my olive skin tone.
- The staying power is amazing and so is the opaque finish.
- It doesn’t fades at all once it is set.
- The finish is so gorgeous – pearly sheen and not too chunky.
What I don’t like about MAC Pearl Glide Intense Eye Liner Petrol Blue:
- I don’t have any cons for this liner at all but yeah they cannot be used on waterline due to high shimmer content.
These are gorgeously pigmented liners; colour, shimmer and staying power everything is so perfect. If not all you must get a shade or two to try out, am sure you will agree with me on this.
