Moisturizer is a necessity for me. I apply moisturizer to my body daily, I never step out of home without applying moisturizer to my body, I think from age 10 I used to do this religiously, maybe that’s why I have smooth skin. I remember when I was in college, most of my friends when they visited home, they used to ask my mom, that what did she apply to my skin when I was kid. I love body butters, but this one is my impulsive buy, so keep on reading to know did I waste my money.

My Experience with TBS Atlas Mountain Rose Body Butter:
As I said this was an impulsive buy, I got a gift certificate of $30 worth TBS products for $15, which should be used within 15 days. I planned to buy Vitamin E body butter (one of my favorites), but when I visited TBS store they were out of stock. There was 50% off sale going on, so actually one body butter was costing me $5, I just thought I need to buy something else, so I was checking for recent release Blueberries body butter, but I didn’t like the smell. Then I spotted this with roses on it, I love roses, so I was hoping to see rose pink colored body butter, but when I opened, it was in white color, so I left that and searched for other body butters, but didn’t like anything. So again I went back to rose body butter, I just smelled it, wow just wow, I can’t explain how I felt at that time, thousands of roses grinded together to make this body butter . That was my feeling at that time. Roses have many beauty properties, so I just thought it may give me glow, so I bought it home, all because of fresh rose smell, which is not over powering too.
But after using it, I can say it is nothing special, not thick like all other body butters, 24 hours hydration claim is not true, it just stays for 8-10 hours on my dry skin, the main reason behind my purchase is beautiful rose smell, and smell does not last for long time, just 30min- 1hour after application. One thing I learned never buy anything impulsively.
