Summer summer summer and now humidity, too! Ugh. Does it seem to descend anyhow?
Not just zits, blackhead, whitehead, tan, sunburn are the best friends of summer, we face a major disappointing problem too in this season, especially when the weather is humid. Body odour is the main irritant and it is at peak in the sweaty season. It is somehow uncontrollable by deos or perfumes, because they tend to give up when the sweat takes a toll on us. Going green may help to keep body odour at bay. So, I am here to give you some simple tips and methods to keep the body odour away in summer.
Vinegar is a natural antiseptic and kills the bacteria which cause offensive smell. Sprinkle white or apple vinegar on odorous areas and wipe the area dry. Vinegar added to bathwater can also eliminate foul smells.
Apply a mixture of gram flour and curd on the whole body before you go for bath. It opens the clogged pores which paves way for toxins to come out of the body through sweating and hence controls body odour.
Switch to aromatherapy to curb body odour woes. Add 2-3 drops of sandal oil or rosewater to bath tub. It helps in the removal of bad odour and induces a good fragrance onto the body.
