Wet n Wild Color Icon 8 Pan Eyeshadow Palette in Petal Pusher is a palette dedicated to pink and purple color family, along with some earthy shades as well. The eyeshadows are clearly marked as ‘Browbone’, ‘Eyelid’, ‘Crease’ and ‘Definer’ to help create various eye looks. The first column of the palette has purple tone shades and the second column has more plum-ish earthy neutral tones. Most of the eyeshadows are smooth and creamy to touch. All the shades have sheen or shimmer to them. No matte shade present. However, the eye shadows will not make you look glittery. This palette, especially the left side, is less pigmented as compared to other Wet N Wild palettes. The eyeshadows come packaged in an eight pan compact with a transparent cover. The compact includes a dual-sided eyebrush.
Wet n Wild Color Icon 8 Pan Eyeshadow Palette in Comfort Zone is a more neutral eyeshadow palette with some pretty shades of browns and greens. The eye shadows are marked as ‘Browbone’, ‘Eyelid’, ‘Crease’ and ‘Definer’. This demarcation, along with the illustration given at the back of the palette, will definitely help a beginner or anybody else using the palette to get a beautiful eye-look. The shades are classified as belonging to two different color families – browns and greens. However, you can easily mix the shades to get any permutation combination possible. The eyeshadows are very smooth and buttery to touch. There are no matte shades in the palette. All the colors have either slight shimmer or sparkle to them. But it does not translate to glitter on eyes. The shadows can be worn for simple everyday look. Since the eyeshadows are soft to touch, there is a little fallout while application. Except couple of shades, the eyeshadows are insanely pigmented. These shadows stay for long on the eyes.
Spoiled Brat is very vibrant. It has a metallic silver, most pigmented out of three. Then Matte Black with silver glitters in it. The glitters are not too harsh or visible once applied. And last but not the least is a beautiful fuchsia pink. Pigmentation is great and texture is super soft. These stay on 4-5 hours without any primer.
