My experience with The Nature’s Co Rosemary Hibiscus Hair Mask :
Packaging: I got a sample sized tub of 25 gms. I got a white colored opaque tub with a lid or stopper to ensure the hair mask does not spill out and has a white colored cap that screw opens. Company sells the hair mask in a huge translucent white colored with a security lid and a green colored screwable cap. I find the packaging to be a little bulky but in any way no other type of packaging would have suited this product.
Texture: The hair mask comes in powder form which is not at all easy to use. I absolutely don’t like the texture that’s because I am very used to cream based hair masks and powder form hair masks get tough for me to deal with.
Smell: It smells weird. As if all the ingredients are fighting among themselves to rule out their smells and it is hard to comment upon what smells rules this hair mask.
My Take: The product description of this hair masks describes it as a wonder hair mask which take scare of hair fall, graying, stimulates hair follicles, split ends, thinning etc etc etc. I was like OMG when I first read all this, I mean how is that possible for a product to become so miraculous. But all my doubts went away when I read the ingredients. All the ingredients were pure and natural without any preservatives; the absence of preservatives is a reason for this hair mask to be in powder form. All the ingredients are very reliable and I have many times used them in my hair care regime, of course those were the days when I was not very lazy and had ample time to give to hair care.
I have curly – wavy, dry hair which are very easily prone firzz. I usually use curd, banana mask; regular warm oil homemade oil) massages and use cream hair masks. The powder mask form was something that I did not like. The hair mask needs to be mixed with water, but I mixed it with curd to make it work in a better way and left it for 30 minutes on my hair.
The shock is yet to come, with this hair mask on your hair u cannot roam about in all places in your home like we usually do with other hair packs. It keeps dripping and shedding, every time you move your neck you will have some grainy bits falling off, this means you got be stationary when you use this hair mask.
And on top of it getting rid of the hair mask is not easy as well. It was whole big task to rinse this hair mask. It took so much of time and water and then also I could see come very minute grains of powder stuck in hair, I am considering them to be fenugreek because fenugreek always has a tendency to stick to hair. All this makes this hair mask a tough product.
The weird smell is hard to ignore and many people might even hate it.
But after so much of hardness the results I got were very good. Soft shiny hair with no frizz is all that I want and I got that. I cannot comment about it effects on hairfall, thinning but yeah it made my hair soft and shiny , and frizz free.
What I Like About The Nature’s Co Rosemary Hibiscus Hair Mask:
- No preservatives.
- Natural Ingredients.
- Works well.
- Makes hair soft and shiny.
- Controls Frizz.
What I Don’t Like About The Nature’s Co Rosemary Hibiscus Hair Mask:
- Smells weird.
- Hard to use.
- Does not rinses off easily.
Will I Recommend: Well I don’t exactly recommend this but then cannot say not to buy this hair mask, I am little confused here. But considering the price and its way of usage (I have cut marks upon these in my ratings too), I would not purchase it, rather I would use my home remedies.
