Interesting Posts This Week On Wise She : Sleek, MAC & Forest Essentials
How are you all!
So, as the Diwali celebrations end, its time again to get back to work and get ready for another round of holidays as the winter season approaches which means Christmas and New Year!! Yayy!
So here are some of the interesting posts all at one place which really caught my attention and I wanted to share these with all the lovely Readers of Wise She!
Few days back I reviewed this facial scrub from the Luxurious Ayurvedic brand of Forest Essentials which was one of the purchases of My September Skin & Haircare Haul. Well, this scrub did not live up to the tall claims made by the brand and I really found it to be an average scrub. It is also a little abrasive on the skin surface which is not a great thing for sensitive skin. Although it removes fresh skin tan to an extent, still I don’t feel like spending on such a pricey scrub which works average. Well, after reading this you are surely aware that all Forest Essentials products are not great and they need to be tested before buying a full sized product.
Another great post to checkout on Wise She is this one where Madhubani shares five different eye looks using Maybelline Covetable Cobalt eye shadow Quad. I really liked each of the eye looks that she has come up with using the same quad. It is very artistic and can be tried on different occasions without repeating the same look with this eye shadow quad!
I coundn’t resist sharing this post as I loved theis I-Divine Eye shadow palette also because of the approaching Fall season, which is the perfect time to try out these pigmented shades from the Arabian Nights Palette. Although, I feel that the brand could have provided more highlighter shades with the pigmented shades in this palette.
Well, how can I skip adding this to the list as I myself, am a lover of MAC pigments when it comes to achieve an expressive eye makeup for any special occasion! I really wanted to try MAC Pigment for my eyes for my Karvachauth makeup but somehow at the last minute, I went for the Urban Decay Naked Palette. I really love the vibrant pink Pearl shade. Definitely a Thumbs up for the eye look Rashmi! (Y)
Ritika came up with this amazing post on a comparative summary of Colorbar Sheer Creme Lust lipsticks & Lakme absolute Gloss Addict lipsticks and that which one really fares well with different aspects of staying power, color & texture and price factors. Totally useful info!
I hope you love to read these reviews and I will be back again next week with a lot of other interesting products reviewed on Wise She! Take care!
